The location is about 2-3 kilometers from the tourist attractions, so you can easily walk to them. The shared bath and toilet might mean you can't use them exactly when you want. Finding the hotel and getting into your room might be a bit confusing at first. If you don't speak any English, this place probably isn't for you.

There wasn’t even a proper counter, and suddenly a woman showed up to collect city tax and asked for a photocopy of my passport (even though she didn’t speak English well)

I had a pleasant stay in a clean room. The check-in process was smooth, and I would love to use this place again.

DON'T choose this hotel. DO NOT live here！！！！！！！！！！This is the worst experience the hotel is a shit！！！！！！！There is no front desk ！！！！every thing so SLOW！！！！！！！！The door is so OLD i can't open it and contact the front desk until midnight！！！！！！！！TWO people share one bathroom don't have private attached bathroom。。。。。PLEASE i beg for everyone don't live here or you will become miserable！！！！No WiFi and the weird thing is no signal！！！！！you will disconnected with the world once you live in！！！！GOD bless you please GET OUT OF THIS HOTEL！！！！！

The room is clean and tidy, shampoo and shower gels are provided and the location is quite convenient as there are tram stations nearby.

The place was not the same as what they offer. The bathroom was too small and in poor condition. It smelled like sewage, there was no soap. I really don't recommend it at all.

There is no front desk service. You need to call to check in and follow the instructions to open the door. The whole process is by phone. Those who are not good at English are advised to leave. I stayed for two nights and returned to the hotel on the second night. I found that it was not cleaned. It was late, so I just left it like that. I feel that the cost performance is low.

Stayed here for three consecutive days! Sofia is very welcoming. The environment is good! Clean.. The bed is comfortable! People with poor sleep can stay here..
