NO ELEVATOR !!! At the 4th floor at the old building with narrow and steep hallway. Be careful for travellers with big and heavy luggage, it is like hell to bring it up and down again. Apartment feels home, quiet spacious, 1 bathroom only. Nice and clean and comfortable. Location near the station. Easy communicate with the agent. Air conditioner available and no extra surcharge for electricity expense.

Didn’t give us more toilet paper when we asked for it. Toilet was difficult to flush. One bathroom for a family of five was difficult. Great location though. A/C and heaters worked well. Listed as a hotel but seemed more like an airbnb. Floor felt dirty when we arrived. Was dusty throughout.

It is prefect spot in Florence and you don't need to rush through going to the train station as it's mere 5 minutes walk. The property is nice just that it is at the 3rd floor without elevator. The property managers are very helpful and accommodating.

The flat was big and basic. Lots of stairs to walk up and the area felt a little unsafe when entering in the alley way and dark hallway! Pretty close to train station which we liked but there was a bar on the corner and the patrons were very noisy on our street until after 4 am. Did not get much sleep!

Property is on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was fine for my family, but might be a deterrent to someone that has difficulty climbing stairs and carrying luggage. Host was friendly and on time. Communication was great! Very close to the train station and San Lorenzo Market. Florence is easily walkable from the apartment. Thanks!

Stayed for 3 nights, family of 4 senior citizens. It was a struggle to bring up and down our luggage. Very narrow stairs and steep. Didn’t replenish the towels

Tolle Lage mit Tram, Supermarkt, Altstadt um die Ecke. Für 4 Personen bestens geeignet. Ruhig und im dritten Stock, daher nicht barrierefrei, war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier wohnen wollen.
