No space for luggage. The room is very small. No hairdryer, pls bring yours. The receptionist is not 24hrs ready, pay attention to late checkin fee

Хорошо. Чисто, уютно, близко к центру. Хорошая ванная, кровати, подушки, постельное белье. Но. Кухней можно пользоваться только с 8 часов. А у нас например ранний выезд, пришлось просить разрешения поставить чайник и выпить кофе, в номере было холодно, сумки на 3 часа оставить не разрешается

Good for the price, part of an old building. Very helpful staff at all time. Shopping close. Tram to downtown, airport, train and bus stations within 10 minutes walking distance. Many thanks for wonderful staff service.

The bedroom, shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Just no aircon in the bedroom, but a fan was provided.

A great place to stay when visiting Florence. Conveniently located on bus and tram lines but also walkable into the historical centre (20-30 minutes walk, 10-15 min bus/tram). Room with own bathroom and terrace was spacious and as advertised. Also a decent-sized kitchen available for use by all, including fridge and two hobs. Basics such as olive oil, sugar and salt all on hand. There’s also a coffee machine with pods (one per person per day) and kettle. Seating inside and on terrace. Arrived with Flixbus at Villa Constanza and able to get tram and then bus which stops virtually outside (about 30-40 min journey). A little noisy as on a main road but would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Florence.

The property was very nice and cosy. They had a full kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of any type of A/C. They had a fan but being one of the hottest days in Italy, (104°f) the fan was not doing much.

The place was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep over nights!
Any person opening the room or washroom you can hear! We heard the dog bark as well! I was not sure if the place was pet friendly or not!
We will not come back for sure!
