Very central location, questionable neighborhood, good, clean room and well-equipped beds. In the common areas, it is better not to open the door that leads to the patio in the kitchen.

Through another platform, I reserved the DELUXE SUITE for one night between Saturday and Sunday, at a price that was not at all cheap, let's say three whole figures. I specify that the choice was facilitated not only by the location near the railway station, but above all by the images presented on the website I used (in the surrounding area, there were cheaper possibilities, but more modest than the promise). What I found was a mini-accommodation that more Deluxe would be called DELAX (due to the effect it causes on the guest). The photographs are incorrect and do not show the actual state of what has been made available to us. I leave the best comment to the photographs I took during the overnight stay. Finding a tangle of gadgets and cables for the web/digital connection lying on the floor (useless on the television in the living room, in fact it is understood that it is only used to open the sofa bed), exposed electric cables, lights that do not turn on, nails and holes on the wall (will the painting in the photo have fallen?), applique and other things hanging, bad decoration with paint stains everywhere between the floor, jambs, etc.; enough, I'll let the pictures do the talking. Furthermore: non-existent reception, if it weren't for the fact that I wanted to pay by debit card, I would have seen none of the managers; also because it is a B&B (it's not a hotel) almost unsignposted, entrance up a narrow and steep flight of stairs (UNSUITABLE FOR THE DISABLED, other apartments perhaps on the upper floors up to the fourth and all without a lift) attached to a smelly sewer, then you you enter through a small door and you understand that you are dealing with a dismembered apartment. The kitchen shown in the photos, in fact, is in its own right, mediocre, also found closed and therefore not for guests. No soundproofing, therefore windows that do not protect against the noise at night (rude Florentines shouting in the street until 4.30, then two hours of respite and the garbage attacks). In summary: a structure whose only attributable star is the one they gave themselves to the name, otherwise it is indecent and disrespectful; increasingly naming everything SUITE and then DELUXE, asking for an outlay that is not unjustified, but downright fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I stayed only one night. Comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The owners gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the kitchen on the day of departure and collect it just before going to the station... excellent location in relation to the center and the train station. Advise .

The room is well located, just near the station and not far from the center with all the points of interest. The host is responsive via ********** messaging and was super accommodating and friendly upon arrival. Two more negative points: the air conditioning does not seem to work properly and makes a lot of noise, and we did not see the color of a breakfast for a B&B...

Very easy to access, the room on the courtyard side is extremely quiet despite the proximity to the train station. Very large and comfortable room.
