Nice and convenient to the Francis Marion University Performing Arts Center and local restaurants. Monica was very nice at check-in.

The old charm of the place is lovely. My room unfortunately overlooked the roof and all the exhaust units, so it was a bit noisy.
It was a very cold night, the heating system couldn't keep up and there were no extra blankets in the closet.

No, mini fridge in room and the seperate room with couch is long, closed off and awkward.

I love these boutique hotels. It’s a cool trend these days. I think this one was an old hardware store a century ago. Decent steakhouse here too. I recommend it.

Hotel does not have parking, so be prepared to park in the city deck about 500 feet from the hotel.
