Great people, but there were lots of trip hazards. The air conditioning couldn't keep the room as cool as I like, only going down to 20.

Great place to stay super close to Ponte Vecchio. Room was large and very comfortable. I had a little garden view ! It was great!!! I felt super safe!

Building is really cool. It was a little bit of a maze to get to our room, but my husband and I loved it. Great staff, incredible location. Only negative is that since the building is old the walls are pretty thin. You can hear a lot. Over all would recommend.

Good location near Ponte Vecchio. Upstairs rooftop dining overloooking the city was great. Staff very friendly, helpful. About 15 min walk from S.M. Novella train station and maybe 10 min walk to Duomo. Wifi worked well.
