The service and staff attitude is very good. Cleaners do a good job and the location is very close to the center. The hotel provides only shampoo bags and soap. The breakfast is also good.

Without a doubt, the hotel boasts one of the best locations in all of Florence. The handsome Italian man at the front desk provided impeccable service. However, the only downside is that the rooms are quite small and appear a bit basic. Nonetheless, they are well-equipped and the soundproofing is fairly good.

The room is in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff is very welcoming and also provides free luggage storage service.

location is good, just 5 minutes' walk to Florence S.M train station, breakfast is good, bread, cake, yogurt, cheese, ham, tomato, boiled egg, fruits, coffee.., good enough to me. but the hotel is not at the ground floor, you need to walk up about 10 stairsteps, the lift is very old style but safe, the room is clean except the floor bricks are a bit old and they should put hanger or hook on the wall of toilet, nowhere to hang our towels.

Great location near train station and good breakfast. Simple, small, clean rooms in good condition.

The room is of decent size and quiet in a busy area. Very clean. The service attitude is good and proactive. There are not many rooms in total. The hotel's breakfast is very good. It is very close to the central train station.

It's very close to the station, sharing a building with other hotels. They actually let us check in early, which was great. The room is not too big, the service is good. There is no kettle in the room, but you can pick it up at the breakfast area.

It only takes 5 minutes from the door to the train. It is very close to the train. There is a small supermarket at the door which is very convenient. The room is not big but enough to live in. The biggest convenience is the convenient transportation every day.

When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk asked us to check in at another hotel. I checked the reviews of the other hotel and they were very bad. I insisted not to go, and the front desk reluctantly let us check in. I don't understand why they asked us to go to another hotel since there was a room. We booked a 20 square meter room, but we were given a room of less than 15 square meters. I asked the waitress why the room was so small, and she replied that it was a standard room, which was completely different from the picture and a complete deception.
