Best hotel ever They provide a marshall speaker and the soundproofing system is very good. Very big room, clean and comfortable. Location is good, right next to the tram station which u can get to Florence airport within an hour Everything is perfect and this hotel could enhances your travel experience.

Awesome operations manager. He had great recommendations to make the best of our stay. We loved the restaurant as well as the bar he recommended. He was kind and funny and did make our stay from good to awesome. So a big thank you to him!!! ❤️

Beautiful hotel! Spacious room - thanks for the upgrade. The shower is great. Having 2 sinks - 1 in the toilet, the other in the room - makes it efficient so that we both can use it at the same time. About 30 mins walk to Duomo. Nice brunch place nearby. Coffee at hotel is great too! Not sure why there’s a guitar amp in the room but not an iron… otherwise all good!

Our stay at Ruby. Bae was lovely however we booked the loft with the view onto the balcony which we did not get. So was a little disappointed with the room as it was not a what I originally booked The loft that was offered by to us had no window and the small balcony wall was too high to see any view. But overall hotel is nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had a small issue with the noice in one morning. Someone turn on the music very loud on the terrace at 07:30, by mistake and our room was above the terrace, but I went to reception and the problem was solved. Otherwise everything was nice!
