Friendly staffs, unfortunately does not have elevator. I know it’s two stairs hotel, but it just not convenience to carry to 2 level especially after long drive. Thank you

Absolutely HORRIBLE property! If I could give negative stars I would. The pictures shown on ******* is NOT the property when you arrive. The lobby is different. The rooms are different. I took pictures and it’s NOT the same. When we arrived I noticed the lobby was different. There is no front desk, you have to check in using a kiosk and you speak via a camera and see someone from another country that checks you in. Went to the room and it was disgusting. Smelled horrible carpet was stained. Called the front desk because I needed sheets and a pillow for the pullout sofa when I opened the pullout sofa, there were stains on the mattresse and on the couch. The front desk changed my room, when I checked into the other room, it was the same exact thing but worse. Smelled like mold and mildew, blood stains on the walls, flies everywhere. The carpet underneath the sink was sopping wet. I just checked out. I was not about to stay there. I took pictures and would be more than happy to share. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Whole property stinks of ****! Smokers everywhere.. The pictures are deceiving. There were flies in the hallway and mold in window seals! Very old and dirty rooms, broken tiles in bathroom, and noisy floor! No Microwave, No fridge.. Terrible experience!
