SSheryl SchroerWe had a family gathering from Kansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Ohio for Christmas as my mom is 95. The experience at this facility was a totally great experience. They were so accommodating in EVERY aspect of the word. Checkin was great, room was clean, beds comfortable. We planned on using the pool but did not. Personally I did not do breakfast but my grandson ran down and had cereal.
The totally awesome thing they did for us was allow us to use the conference room for our gathering. We had access to the kitchen for things we may need to use since we were traveling from distances. We gathered Saturday and Sunday both with access to these rooms. We took out our trash, swept the floors and cleaned everything up so the breakfast room would be ready for breakfast Sunday morning. We cleaned up after ourselves and did not leave it for them to do. We cleaned up around the coffee area as the kids were making chocolate bombs for hot chocolate. We even dumped the trash there.
I guess what I am saying is how much they worked with us to pull this all together to make it the success it was and we were NOT going to leave it a mess for them to clean it all up. Thank you Baymont Inn in Findlay for your kindness and for allowing us to spend time together as a family!!!
