Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues
the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor
breakfast not up to expectations

Great rooms. Only down side is I believe our AC unit was broken but we didn’t mention anything as we just opened the window — wouldn’t be fair to dock the hotel on this one. Gorgeous night outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable.
The Mercedes was parked right in front of the entrance, showing off the hotel’s luxurious customers. The second was a view from our room.

When we said to change our room, they said that the whole hotel is full, they suggested to spray perfume in the room, Mr. Ahmed at the reception and the lady who had no name card. When we insisted, the room was changed. The hotel is beautiful, but even when the season ends in November, they first said it was full and then gave a room on the ground floor with a view of the pier. This is a hotel I will never stay at again.

Otel Rizeye giriste genis bir alanda kurulmus, yeni bir otel. Odalarin genisligi cok iyi. Acik alani, havuzu ve restoran kismi da guzel. Ayder vb yerlere gunubirlik cikmak ister ve merkeZde kalmayi tercih ediyorsaniz bu otel ideal. Ancak otelin fiyati neredeyse Cesme/Bodrum bolgelerinin fiyatlari kadar. Oda kahvalti icin fiyatini yuksek buldum. Bunun disinda rahatlikla kalabilirsiniz.

Súper fascinada con todo! El personal es muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación es perfecta! Tiene la parada de buses Havas (bus del aeropuerto de Trabzon) súper cerca! La comida sabrosa, ame este lugar. Muy agradecida con todos, en especial con el Sr. Murat y el Sr. Furkan de Okba tour, me ayudaron a coordinar mi viaje hacia los cultivos de té y otros lugares hermosos en Rize.
