In winter, in December, at a temperature of +10, there are no rooms with working air conditioning for warmth. We arrived with a sleeping child in our arms and ran from room to room to find a working air conditioner. The windows are open, people are smoking in the corridors, the audibility is monstrous! And even seeing that we were off the road and tired, the child was sleeping, and there was no one else in the hotel except us, the employee did not decide to walk in our room and laugh loudly in the next room. I’m generally silent about breakfast, it’s not breakfast, it’s a mockery. They served literally what was not rotting in the refrigerator. Scrambled eggs, olives, cucumber and tomato. All! Perhaps it’s more pleasant there in the summer, although I think it’s very hot without air conditioning and the noise can’t be helped either. There is only one plus - the port is close and if you come to travel by boat or go to Rhodes by ferry, which is suitable for one night, but not in winter! I will never go back there, sorry.

Filthy! Over priced. Everything broken. Lots of road noise so impossible to sleep. Fridge not working. No hot water even after running tap for twenty minutes. So disgusting we didn’t dare have breakfast. If you were to pay ten pounds a night and not 18 you would still feel cheated!

First of all, I must say that the view of your hotel shown in the pictures was truly impressive and this was one of the reasons why we chose to stay. However, we had some major concerns and negative experiences about our experience. We paid 1000 TL per night and this price seemed appropriate for the view and service offered to us when we arrived at the hotel. However, requesting extra payments later was unacceptable for us. We did not receive any information about such an additional cost when we made the reservation and this made us uncomfortable.

The room was so humid that we couldn't sleep because of the humidity. They didn't clean the air conditioner, it smelled like crap when it was turned on. We couldn't run it in this heat because of the smell. It is impossible to sleep due to the noise of vehicles passing by. There was 1 bath towel in the double room.
