Comfort Inn Festus-St Louis South

This place is ok, not horrible by any means but I don't understand the high ratings it gets. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. I would say this is more of a 7 not almost a 9 like all the reviews say. Room had a slight odor to it, it's dated but also not expensive so it all lines up.

Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared and had good variety. Would stay here again.

We we're going through the area and needed a place to stay and you're hotel was available on the last minute room was clean and convenient

The area was nice and quiet, but the room was so humid the bedding and our clothing felt damp to the touch. this made it uncomfortable to be in the room. There was also a smell that wasn’t pleasant like stall wet cigarettes.

Good breakfast. No services. Dated. Carpet was wet and room smelled musty. Very expensive for what you got.

First 2 days they didnt have any eggs for breakfast. Male staff member extremely unfriendly. They rest of the staff were great. Bed was comfy, room was nice. Overall good place but that staff member shouldnt be there and they need to stock up on breakfast eggs.

This was the best Confort Inn I’ve ever stayed at! The complimentary breakfast was amazing, staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The a/c was old and the temp was hard to regulate. The humidity was high—couldn’t get it to dry out. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good except that when my husband and I got to the room, there was small black hairs on the bed, in the bed, in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor.
