Simon,mohamed and hisham been very kind and attentive very hard workers and professionals always smiling,they are a credit to riad braya, knowledgeable and courteous to the max,Well done guys,the place it's absolutely lovely,very peaceful,I been sleeping like a baby I will be back for sure better than any other 5 star hotels in fez and will recommend this place 100 %.

Everything is perfect. Really kind staffs and good food are waiting you. The best Riad I have stayed. The room is clean and the food is great and the staff are very kind. I stayed in several Riyadhs and it was the best. It's in the back of the alley and a bit scary, but access to major tourist spots is good.

Good location - clean rooms - average breakfast. Has parking. Courteous - serious staff. Nice swimming pool. A bit expensive compared to other hotels. Clean but old hotel. Worth of money (5/10)

The location ok the breakfast good but no have a minimum standard for the room service no slippers for the customers !!!!!!! It’s 2 or 3 star level hotel but not 4 star
