Luis Fernando Martínez at the front desk was very kind! They even invited us for a drink at their cafe. It's centrally located with free parking, the room was great, and the breakfast was impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

Overall good value stay. Great location, good but not super plush rooms in historic building. Great views. The catering lets this down - dinner limited choice for gluten free, and they still tried to bring me normal bread. Breakfast buffet ok, but not outstanding. Would love to see them do better on this.

As it turns out it is the parador hotel, the old house is well maintained and the common areas are beautiful. The front desk service is good. We answer all questions. Breakfast was hearty for Europe, the ham buns were delicious, and the orange juice from Galicia was very good! The elevator is slightly old and there will be a rocking feeling, but the room on the 2nd floor takes a beautiful staircase and it doesn't affect it. The room was very comfortable and well soundproofed, allowing you to fall asleep peacefully;the toilet was very clean.

Nice step in the past and old traditional hospitality. Top location, good conditions, nice staff, super kind from receptionist to bar to breakfast area. I highly recommend.

Comfortable room with an enclosed balcony overlooking the Naval Dockyard. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly bar and reception staff.

The Parador Ferrol is a wonderful Hotel. The staff were nice and helpful! The food was delicious. The beds were comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

My 4 star rating on the staff was only for the gentleman who checked us in. He was quite grumpy and perhaps was having a bad day. However, the next morning, the staff went above and beyond helping us to solve a big problem regarding our luggage transfer along our walk on the Camino. Beautiful hotel and surrounding park behind!!

We had a lovely three-night stay at Paradores Ferrol. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room overlooked the bay and the galleria balcony was such a treat. Martha at the front desk was efficient and warm-hearted, as was her colleague on night duty. I was not feeling very well into the second day and they went over and beyond to help. I truly appreciate their kindness.
