1、走過全國大大小小的地方，第二次遇到要交按金的酒店。多少有點無語。
2、訂的房間沒有顯示是靠馬路的，到了才知道。房間隔音也不好...沒那個預算就別搞成落地窗呀。一個晚上都睡不好。睡眠淺的別來哦。
3、詢問有沒有房間可以換，結果告知靠小區的房間要加錢。。。錢不多，但不想被噁心。
4、酒店的衞生間很小，一個馬桶佔了一大半的地方..

環境：一晚上沒睡着，噪音太大大，幾乎沒有隔音，又靠着路邊，一晚上聽汽車的聲音，隔壁房間的呼嚕聲
服務：唯一值得肯定的是服務不錯
設施：其實就像一個旅館，設施太差了，尤其床墊，硌**

前台小姐姐人真的超級超級好，本來訂的標間，但小姐姐説我訂的那間標間的設施有點問題，就免費升級了大床房，窗外的風景也真的很不錯，靠近明中都城遺址，算是鬧中取靜了。強烈推薦這家酒店！！！

凌晨3點給家裡人定的2間酒店，詢問房間的大小，環境以及隔音效果等基礎問題時前台小姐姐段莉萍十分有耐心，一一解答了我的疑問，辦理入住的時候雖然是凌晨三點，但是身份訊息也很嚴格的做了登記了，豪華大床房間很大，衞生也做的不錯，點贊，再鳳陽這個價位我覺得行李車很高

多點人情味吧，第一早上能不能延遲一段時間退房？答不行。第二退房完畢後我想借用一下衞生間行不行？答沒有衞生間。第三能不能當時退回按金，答等查完房就退給你。我住其他酒店退房的時候，直接把房卡交給前台就可以走了，沒有按金，這是對旅客的信任和尊重。
