我不太習慣講話比較生硬的，剛開始問停車場在哪裡，是否免費？前台説有車位就可以免費停，言外之意就是沒車位就沒辦法了？但是網頁顯示有免費停車場噢

大堂清雅，房間設施比較新，空調聲音不大，熱水可以。信價比不錯。建議門後加一個穿衣鏡。早餐綠豆稀飯好喝。

環境：看外表環境還不錯來的，第一次床單上都是鞋印，要求換了一間房，再三強調不要最後一間，結果上樓一看果然是最後一間。又跑下去換了一間中間的，我真是服了，那麼多空房間，先給差的給顧客，是不是好説話就沒事了？害得我樓上樓下跑幾趟，還狡辯，不承認是床單沒換！從沒遇到這麼敷衍的酒店人員！好好的心情被破壞！倒黴透頂！

百瑞也住過好幾次了，11.4號中午那個前台説是新來的，我讓她給我換個房間（因為之前換過都可以，我訂的是單間換同等價位的標間），她非説流程不行，讓我付差價，我説你問問你同事怎麼操作的，語氣特別不好説我不用問就是這樣的，我真的無語，之前都可以怎麼到你這就不可以了，你新來的不知道問問同事請教下別人，這態度算什麼，快跟我吵起來了，就是這麼服務的。
