It was my first time to visit Fenghuang Ancient City and I found the hotel with the best scenery in the entire ancient city. The field of view is 180 degrees with no blind spots, and the entire ancient city can be seen. There is also a very large balcony with tatami mats outside the balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. The room is also clean and tidy, and the most important thing is the sound insulation, which is really good. When you open the balcony door, you can clearly hear the singing from the bar opposite. After closing the door, there is almost no sound at all, which does not affect your rest at all. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the ancient city. You can walk into the streets of the ancient city about 300 meters away. In one word, great!

We had a great stay and the staff really made the experience special. We are vegetarian, and finding food in China can be really difficult but they made sure to give us options at breakfast and dinner. It's in a perfect spot in Fenghuang, a short but beautiful walk along the river to get to the main part of the town, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. Great view from the balcony. The hotel interior and rooms are wonderful. A point to note is that there is some building work going on next door but it didn't bother us too much.

Sure enough, I was not disappointed. The room was more advanced than the online pictures. It was really comfortable to book such a homestay hotel in the center of the ancient city scenic spot. The photos are the same as the actual hotel scene, there is no difference. The location of the hotel is also very good. Although it is not in Fenghuang Ancient City, it is newly opened and decorated in a very stylish way. I stayed in a family room, but the only drawback was that I stayed in B2. Can't see the scenery. But it was still very pleasant to stay for a day.

the hotel was hard to access, my friend has a bad knee and struggled to go down the stiars to get to the lobby. The staff was wonderfully friendly. The river view bed room had massive beds. the view from the room was of the hotels acorss the river who had thier facades covered by builers cloth so the view wasnt that great but the walk along the riverbank was short to the ancient town

A very satisfying stay experience, I want to give the hotel 3 thumbs up! The day before Yizan's check-in, the hotel contacted me on WeChat and pointed out three routes (taxi, shuttle bus and maglev) from the high-speed rail station to Fenghuang Ancient City. It was very convenient, clear and smooth to find the hotel. The staff at Erzan's front desk were very enthusiastic and patient. They also helped us deliver two trolley cases to the door of the room. They were very considerate and considerate. Sanzan's wife suddenly caught a cold and fever that night (the weather changed) and wanted to delay check-out until 14:00. We negotiated with the hotel the next morning, and the hotel understood and agreed. They also pointed me to the route to the pharmacy. Thank you very much for providing help in times of need. . Therefore, the scenery of Fenghuang Ancient City is beautiful, and the people at Floral Hotel are even more beautiful! Thank you for your excellent service. We will stay here again next time!
