The position of the hotel very convenient for all the room amenities have everything that you need the staffs are very helpful and kind, we would highly recommend to the others.

The hotel boasts an excellent location by the river, offering easy walking access to Fenghuang Ancient Town's main attractions, perfect for a relaxed exploration of the town. It's also far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center to ensure peaceful nights. The rooms are incredibly spacious, ideal for family trips.

This hotel location is perfect! The only issue is the shower cubicle is very small and the shower cubicle door doesn't close properly making the water leak outside and wet the whole floor. But other than that small issue, I had a great stay here. The view is fantastic, the location is inside the ancient city. They even helped to organise the taxi to the train station and helped with taking my luggage downstairs. If you're a tea fanatic, they even provide a tea set for you to make your own tea here while enjoying the view.

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

It’s an ancient town. Good experience! Front desk staffs are friendly, nice & helpful! Hotel room is clean. Balcony room type is great, overlooking the beautiful Tuojiang river. Night view is fantastic & therapeutic!There are many food eateries nearby & it’s just next door. 👍

The hotel has a beautiful view and the staff are very nice, it is hard to find a car there to go to the train station, you can ask them to book a car for you.

This guesthouse in Fenghuang Ancient Town is an amazing value! The location is superb, and the river-view room offers breathtaking scenery – open the window and you're greeted with the beautiful Tuojiang River. The night view is incredibly therapeutic. Tucked away in an alley of the ancient town, it's quiet and peaceful, yet super convenient for exploring Hongqiao Bridge and trying local delicacies. The room is well-equipped, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It was a fantastic experience overall!

A very satisfying stay! It was so quiet and the lake view room was fantastic. Getting around was really easy too. Just a heads-up, avoid the touts nearby, especially for food. The front desk staff are super helpful though – just ask them for recommendations on where the locals eat.

Lovely hotel situated right by the water. Room was spacious with traditional furnishings. I wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy the balcony and view more. Staff were helpful and gave us a map and best route for the scenic spots.

The family suite is very spacious and comes with a small balcony right by the Tuojiang River, offering great views. Taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Its location upstream in the scenic area is perfect for a good stroll around.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room on the third floor exceeded my expectations in terms of overall quality – it was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding. The natural wood decor perfectly complemented the ancient town's atmosphere. It came equipped with a complete tea set and tea table, and I could enjoy views of the Tuojiang River right from the window, making it ideal for relaxation. The room looked essentially identical to the pictures displayed online. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the ancient town, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Yet, it was relatively quiet at night, so we weren't disturbed by any noise. I especially want to thank the front desk for their service. I accidentally booked my check-in for January 1st instead of January 2nd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively and patiently helped me change the reservation to January 2nd free of charge, and even upgraded my room type. The communication throughout was smooth, and their service attitude was excellent, making me feel very reassured and welcome. Overall, whether it was the room quality, the ambiance, or the service level, everything was of a very high standard. It was a very pleasant stay.
