房間很小大概衹有十幾平米左右，房間設施過於老舊，就旅遊淡季來説這種環境320偏高了，唯一好一點點的是房間有個小陽台，能看到江邊部分風景，但是夜晚蚊蟲很多，現在還是四月，停車老闆娘用小電車載你到很遠的地方停車大概一公里，客觀的總結，沒必要住江邊，當然如果想欣賞風景的話，也可以考慮住江邊。

設施：較陳舊，最值得注意的就是：衞生間門口的瓷磚上如果有水，一次性拖鞋踩會容易踩摔，因為衞生間門口需要下一層台階到瓷磚上，這個過程極易摔倒！建議商家修改設施配置，鋪個毯子什麼的，僅僅憑藉一條短訊提醒不足以從根本上解決問題。
衞生：一般。陽台外側鏤空處蜘蛛網🕸️。
環境：和網上效果圖有點偏差，訂的江景房，發現江景都被電線桿和電線遮擋住了，不知道其他位置的房間是不是這樣。
服務：很好。給找了免費停車場，因為民宿門口沒有停車位。老闆載我們過去停車場，還送了伴手禮！服務熱情！

垃圾酒店，好評估計都是刷的。一千多的房費，房門都沒防盜器，熱水小而且時冷時熱澡都洗不好、半夜不知道什麼設備很嘈根本睡不好，要求店家解決直接推找平台，超影響出行心情。。。平台不知道怎麼審核的，這樣的店竟然有4.8分的推薦

非常非常棒的住宿，提供免費的民族服裝隨便穿。老闆娘都很熱心告訴路線。體驗感很好，從高鐵站下來打個車到南華門下車左手邊往裡一走就到了。不用拎着行李箱走到很裏面。床非常舒服，而且我選了很多民宿這家裝修很新裝修風格也很喜歡，有一個陽台拍照也很好看。

絕對五星好評，隨便在網上找的民宿沒想到撿了個寶，交通便利不説，服務還很好，房間乾淨衞生，一進房間撲面而來的就是悠悠的梔子花的芳香，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。陽台上可以看沱江的全景，夜晚沱江兩岸的霓虹閃爍盡收眼底，在陽台上吹風喝茶好不愜意。臨走時下了濛濛雨，老闆看我提着行李諸多不便還騎車送我去接駁站，怕我淋雨傘便也送了我，把我感動的不知如何是好，鳳凰美，鳳凰人更美！下次還住這！
