FengHuang Shan Shui Lian Xin Hotel

We booked this unit with 3 bedrooms with my parents and my brother which we like it as the rooms are clean, carpeted, has a nice view from room. The room booking is included hot pot meals which is delicious and worth the money. There are many restaurants and shops nearby the hotel and it’s also walking distance to Fenghuang Ancient City.

Words cannot express how much we appreciate the service provided by this hotel. From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The room was squeaky clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The location is perfect—within walking distance of the main attractions of Fenghuang Ancient City, yet far enough from the busiest areas to provide a peaceful and relaxing place to rest. Unlike hotels located deep inside the scenic area, this hotel is accessible by car, making it much more convenient when travelling with luggage. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. After we checked out, I realized I had left my jacket in the room. 姚姚 went above and beyond by arranging the courier delivery and personally contacting our next hotel in Changsha to ensure the package would be received. We are also grateful to driver 小吴 for taking us to the train station and helping with our luggage. There were many other staff members who assisted us throughout our stay, and although we do not know all their names, every one of them was friendly, attentive and helpful. The team consistently went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was perfect! Big rooms, great location: on the water and calm. All the staff helped for everything: pickup and drop, boat ride (you have to do it!), information. Everybody is friendly and smiling! We definitely recommend it.
