Xiaoxiang Yunmeng International Hotel (Tuojiang Branch, Fenghuang Ancient Town Scenic Area)

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very proactive, trying their best to meet guests' needs. The hotel's location is also great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. They offer convenient shuttle services to both the high-speed rail station and the ancient city. For those catching a late high-speed train, the late check-out was a huge plus, giving us more time to rest.

This was my first time visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town, and after a lot of online comparisons, I chose this hotel. It's quite grand, with spacious, bright, clean, and surprisingly well-kept rooms. It was also very quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The private kitchens across the street from the hotel serve some really delicious food. What really stood out was their dedicated shuttle service. We traveled to and from the ancient town numerous times, and the driver was always there for pick-ups and drop-offs, always ready to assist. After checking out, they even drove us to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly thoughtful. It's definitely much more comfortable than staying in the old town itself.

The young lady at the front desk was so helpful and polite. Both the restaurant and room service were excellent, always accommodating our requests. The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and of good quality. The bedding was clean and soft, making our stay with the kids very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and well-prepared, absolutely no cutting corners. Even the coffee was delicious! This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during the entire May Day holiday. Fenghuang Ancient Town was also beautiful, and everyone we met was very kind. Excellent! The hotel front desk, drivers, and housekeeping staff were all very enthusiastic and provided great service! The breakfast tasted good! What's particularly thoughtful is the hotel's shuttle service to and from the station, and they also offer pick-up and drop-off to various attractions, which is really considerate!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's conveniently located not far from the old town, with shops and restaurants right downstairs. The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new, and the amenities were top-notch. The service was excellent too; they offered free shuttle service to and from the old town and even proactively gave us breakfast vouchers for the kids. A big shout-out to the friendly front desk staff! They even followed up with a WeChat message after we checked out to ask for feedback. Five stars!

This is a great hotel! They offer shuttle service to the Old Town, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is good, and the environment is peaceful. There's also a large shopping mall not too far behind the hotel, which is a big plus!

Exceeded my expectations! For this price point, it's excellent value for money. The room was spacious, and all the facilities were new. The breakfast spread was generous, and most importantly, the service was fantastic! They were very accommodating and provided free pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, which perfectly solved the problem of not having ride-hailing services in Fenghuang County. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
