Atour Origin Hotel Hongqiao Fenghuang Ancient City

Very close to the ancient city pier, just a short walk of less than 200 meters through the streets and alleys. The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was plentiful. Parking was very convenient. It truly felt like home.

Returned to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and this time I stayed at Atour, which I found to be absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming and hospitable, especially Miss Xia who was genuinely sincere, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Because of this, both my previous and current visits to Fenghuang Ancient Town have left me with wonderful memories.

This newly opened Atour Hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to the ancient city. The housekeeping service was excellent. We had mistakenly checked into the wrong room, and the cleaning staff helped us switch rooms and even replaced our key cards. Since taxis are hard to come by, the front desk staff, Xiaomei and Xiaxia, kindly called a car for us, and it arrived in just 10 minutes. We're very grateful for their service. I highly recommend the Atour Hotel Fenghuang Ancient City to anyone visiting Fenghuang Ancient City.

The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. The room was also very clean. It's not located directly within the ancient city, so it's not as noisy. However, it's still very close to the ancient city, just a few minutes' walk away. I highly recommend this hotel if you dislike excessive noise and want to get a good night's sleep. It's an excellent choice.
