Orange Hotel (Xiangxi Fenghuang Ancient City Hongqiao)

I booked a family room, and the facilities were very new. The room was also spacious, and it's super close to the ancient city. It's a quiet spot despite being central. The service was warm and attentive, definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Fenghuang Ancient City Old Street is right behind the hotel, within walking distance.

The room decor is very new and clean, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a five or six-minute walk to Hongqiao. The staff are warm and attentive, even explaining precautions and touring tips for attractions. They enthusiastically offered tea and drinks upon check-in and promptly responded to all our requests. I highly recommend staying here; it was a great experience. The breakfast was also abundant.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk through a small alley from the hotel entrance to Tuojiang Rainbow Bridge. Getting a taxi in the ancient town can be difficult, but thankfully, Qifeng Plaza Tourist Center is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there, you can catch a shuttle bus directly to the ancient city's high-speed train station for 7 RMB per adult, and half price for seniors. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. The only minor drawback was that the room ceiling was a bit low.

This is by far the best Orange Hotel I've stayed at, in terms of both facilities and amenities. The service was absolutely superb, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The price was very reasonable too. Definitely a five-star rating from me! The best part is that it's just a few hundred meters walk down a small alley next to the hotel to get to Hongqiao. It's much quieter and more comfortable than staying directly by the river.

Orange Hotel is now in Fenghuang Ancient Town too! Choosing Huazhu hotels is always a reliable option for travelers. The facilities are complete, with a laundry room and a gym. The room was quiet and soundproof. The service was warm and courteous.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. Location: The hotel is in a great spot, only a five-minute walk to Tuojiang River. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even walked me to the parking lot.

This was the second day of my extended stay. I had planned to extend my booking before 12 PM on the second day, but when I went to do so early in the morning, I was told the hotel was fully booked for the day. I had no choice but to upgrade my room. Other positives remained the same; the housekeeping staff and front desk ladies were incredibly nice and super helpful. Everyone was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. Whatever we needed, they provided. However, not only was the upgraded room more expensive, but the soundproofing was also worse. It was right next to the road (and I was with two children). It had a small balcony, which the deluxe king room didn't have, but for me, it was pretty much useless. Drawback: Still the same! The lighting design is a major flaw. You'll understand once you use it.
