FENGXIWENHAO INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

The hotel is located 2 kilometers from the ancient town, requiring a tunnel passage. There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. Tips for getting around: 1. Utilize the hotel's complimentary 48-hour maglev service to reach the high-speed rail station and the sightseeing station (which offers the best views of the ancient town). 2. Take the tourist shuttle bus to Qifeng Square (7 RMB). 3. Rent a shared bicycle right outside the hotel (recommended).

I booked this hotel the day before my trip, and compared to Fenghuang Ancient Town itself, the overall value for money was pretty good. On the first day, the hotel provided welcome gifts and fruit. Plus, staying here gives you free access to the maglev train. The only downside is that it's not very convenient for getting to the ancient town. And Fenghuang Ancient Town Station is actually a high-speed rail station, not the scenic area itself. The closest maglev stop is Fenghuang Waiting (about 1.7 km from the ancient town scenic area, good if you're driving because you absolutely cannot find a taxi there). If you don't have a car to get to the ancient town, you can take a motorcycle taxi (prices range from 10-20, you can bargain). In the morning, the hotel offered a shuttle service directly to the scenic area, near Hongqiao (usually, just tell the motorcycle taxi or driver to go to Hongqiao when heading to the ancient town, otherwise, saying 'ancient town' might lead them to think you mean the high-speed rail station). The hotel's cleanliness was decent, I'd give it 4 stars.

The hotel was excellent! They gave our child a small gift and provided round-trip Maglev train tickets. The breakfast in the morning was incredibly rich and diverse, and we could even charge our devices. Plus, 24-hour parking was free, and the service attitude was great.

The hotel had just opened, and the front desk forgot to give us the maglev train tickets. They dropped us off in Fenghuang Ancient Town, but when we tried to get back, the hotel didn't respond to our calls, so we had to take a taxi ourselves. However, the next day, the hotel responded very quickly, and we're still very grateful for that.

First, the highlights: The location is fantastic, just 150 meters from the maglev sightseeing train station. For young people and active seniors, this is an incredibly convenient way to get around, offering unbeatable value. The maglev train tickets are complimentary and can be used for: 1) traveling from the station to the hotel, 2) going from the hotel to the ancient city, or 3) simply enjoying the maglev for a night view. Please note the maglev train operating hours: 9 AM to 9 PM. It won't be available for early morning or late-night trips to the station. The room's cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast are all standard and offer good value for money. The service is also excellent; the front desk responded quickly to my calls and resolved issues promptly. If you need a ride to the station, be sure to inquire with the front desk well in advance.

Facilities: Very good. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Not within the scenic area, which makes it very quiet. There are no dining options nearby, but there's a maglev station next door that goes directly to the scenic spot, which is convenient. The hotel also provides free tickets. Service: The front desk service was average and could use improvement; they seemed somewhat indifferent to questions. Enjoy unlimited maglev sightseeing for two (high-speed rail transfer directly to the hotel): Excellent, very convenient for getting to the scenic area, highly recommended.

The room was spotless and the location was great. There was plenty of parking, and the room layout was quite practical. As a new hotel, the environment and everything else were pretty good. I'd consider staying here again.
