JI Hotel (Xiangxi Phoenix Ancient City Hongqiao)

Couldn't be happier with everything – the hotel's ambiance, location, and service quality were all top-notch. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was so close to the attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive, helping us plan the best sightseeing routes and saving us a lot of unnecessary travel. They offered laundry and drying services, and I really liked their tea set. The 65-inch TV in the room was huge and made for a great viewing experience. To top it all off, they even gave us a gift bag when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Definitely a 5-star experience. Thank you, Ji Hotel, for such a wonderful trip for my husband and me!

The room was very comfortable and the service was warm and welcoming. All the staff were very polite. Breakfast was clean and tidy, and they tried their best to meet and resolve guests' needs. Its location in this ancient city is excellent, making it very convenient for dining, going to the riverside, or reaching the high-speed train station.

The hotel is located in the heart of Fenghuang Ancient Town. It's bustling outside but peaceful inside. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town. The Ctrip rating is very accurate. I'm extremely satisfied and give it a 5-star review.

The hotel location is excellent, right by the Phoenix Ancient City Rainbow Bridge, making it an easy walk to all the main attractions within the ancient city. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel facilities are up to standard, as always. It's a great choice for those who prefer a quiet stay.

On the day we checked out, it was raining locally, and the customer service specifically called to remind us to bring an umbrella and informed us that we could drive directly to the hotel entrance. Any requests were quickly responded to, and an electronic map was provided. Thoughtful, indeed! 👍🏻 The location is superb, and the area around the hotel is quiet. You can hail a taxi within 50 meters, and there are many restaurants nearby. Walking 100 meters straight from the hotel's main entrance brings you to the bustling riverside with many popular photo spots. The performance recommended by the hotel's travel concierge was excellent, and the price was even cheaper than what was offered on大众 (Dazhong) or ** (a common group-buying app). Originally, I booked two nights at All Seasons and one night at A Duo. After staying, I found everything to be great, so I ended up canceling A Duo and extending my stay for another night.

The hotel is located inside the ancient city, close to the river, and it's very quiet. It's convenient to get here from the high-speed train station; you can take a taxi or the tourist line 1, and the cost is about the same. It's great for exploring the ancient city in the morning and evening.

The room was very clean and smart, right by Hongqiao. You could see the Tuojiang River within two minutes.
