Premier Inn Felixstowe Town Centre

We stay regularly here and dont normally moan but the breakfast seevice this visit was awful. At check in we were not offered any time slots as previous stays just told open/close times. Hotel carpark wasnt busy so we arrived for breakfast at 9am. 5 or 6 empty tables seating 2, 3 & 4 people. We were offered a table for 2 squashed in between a sofa and a baby highchair! When i asked to sit at a different table i was told "well you can but if a family comes down you will have to move!!" & left to seat ourselves. We found another table for 2 & sat there instead only to hear the staff member talking about us refering to me as "SHE" Staff didnt make any effort to stop the kids running around with food in their hands touching the continental breakfast, i watched 1 child with chocolate toast in 1 hand chewing over the food touching everything continuously. We then saw a single man come into the restaurant and seat himself at the table for 3 we had been told we might have to be moved from if we had sat there! Chef was lovely made our eggs for us but due to children taking extra helpings food was disappearing quicker than he could stock it up.

Great place to stay and explore Felixstowe. Short walk to the seafront so an excellent location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was lovely and clean. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and plenty available to eat.

Upon arrival to the hotel I was greeted by Hayley who is the duty manager and was treated with professionalism and kindness. She took the time to help me out and me some great advice during my stay. On eating in the restaurant I was greeted by Bob who was friendly accommodating and explained things to me clearly due to my fish allergy. Bob would liaise with the Chef Holly about my allergy and ensure everything was OK for me. During my stay Hayley, Holly and Bob have dealt with my issues and concerns whilst being friendly and polite. On top of this Holly has created some absolutely amazing food that is delicious, appetising and presented well. The three of them are a delight to Premier Inn Hotel at Felixstowe Town centre and I would recommend anyone stay here based on my experience. Thank you the three of you for making my stay more enjoyable.

I had a few problems when arriving our room wasn’t made up with an extra bed also not enough towels , spoke to Hayley who quickly turned this around for us made up the bed provided towels and extra ones she was so nice to me and the children she made us feel like VIPs credit to her

Very nice clean hotel, rooms very well maintained, stayed many times over the last few years always come back. Hayley is always very helpful and a pleasure to see. Nothing is to much trouble for her and Bob always makes you feel welcome. I’m sure I will be visiting again very soon.

Hayley and bob very welcoming and great hosts, would recommend coming anytime, beds very comfy and ideal after a long day at work, room very tidy and has everything you need. Food in the restaurant is good and very filling and also has a breakfast option

Thanks to Haley on front desk with helping me with my reservation I’m not very good with internet and she sat and helped me with so much patience I would highly recommended her and the hotel itself is modern clean and a very good atmosphere compared to the orwell

Fantastic stay, staff are amazing . Hayley & Bob have been amazing in the restaurant. Lots of laughs and can’t thank them enough for looking after us. Highly recommend staying, I have to say this is one of the best premier hotel I’ve stayed at.

I regularly stay at this Premier Inn for work, staying 2 or 3 days per week. I always get the best service but it is 5* always when Hayley and Bob are working. They are an absolute pleasure and cannot do enough for guests. Would highly recommend staying here! ⭐️
