The hotel is very easy to find from the road, with lots of parking available if travelling by car. It is located 15 - 20 minutes walk away from Fecamp (including the train station) and a stones throw from a local Aldi if you wish to buy sandwiches etc to eat. This was ideal for us because we do a lot of walking and we’re also planning a day out in Rouen. The hotel itself is very clean (as I have found with all Ibis hotels) and the staff were absolutely fantastic! My pigeon ‘French’ makes a great laugh at times but the staff were always very helpful and we had a great laugh with them. It is an Ibis budget, so it’s a very clean bed and clean toilet facilities with not much else - let’s face it, on holiday some people only use the hotel to sleep! The breakfast falls in line with all Ibis hotels, which is a variety of ‘continental’ breakfast - which was also spotlessly clean and immaculately laid out. For touring, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it every time.

I cannot praise the manager and his wife highly enough. They went above and beyond to make mine and 3 colleagues stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed there for 15 nights. It is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels. We communicated via a translate app which was great as me and my work colleagues couldn’t speak a word of French . We had to start work earlier than the breakfast time so they opened 15 minutes earlier so we could at least get a coffee and cereal and if the fresh bread had been delivered ( which came fresh every day ) we also got that as well and nice cheese, ham and croissants. Whenever we needed anything they sorted it for us or at least helped us to get it sorted. Top class customer service

This hotel was very good. Tidy clean and well presented.
Decent breakfast.
Room was good enough for a short stay.
Had to wait until 4pm before we were allowed into the hotel as the reception was closed until that time.
Close to sea front and harbour. Five minutes drive.

Arrived around 1 p.m., received an unfriendly welcome from the manager who made no effort to allow us to check in because the time was 2 p.m. Small room, duvet too small for the bed, breakfast worse than at other Ibis Budgets. High price, among the most expensive. The previous night in Honfleur (city center) the price was €25.00 cheaper!

Starting from the premise that the Budget series of Ibis hotels allow the traveler to save on expenses based on greater essentiality, in this review I want to expose what for me were the positive and negative aspects, making a comparison with other Accor structures in my tour of about 4500 km in France. PROS: - proximity to the center of Fecamp, a few minutes by car - modern and clean structure - large free parking CONS - lack of a bedside table near the bed and rude response from the staff upon our request for explanation (the room was large enough to accommodate 2, see photo) - lack of gate and night closing of the car park - lack of soap in the bathroom (unlike other Budgets)
