Enjoyed a nice stay for new years celebrations, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue we encountered was the shampoo and body wash were not filled up.

Disappointing! I can’t believed this is a Marriott. The room has a musty smell. No towels available when we have requested them replaced before we left for the day. Breakfast food was not replenished even there was 15 minutes left before 9am. The door on the side of the hotel was left unlocked all night when it should be accessible by key only.
And oh, you need to run shower for 5 minutes to get hot water

First room i checked into had not been cleaned, blankets and pillows were in the floor. Second room was ok couch had stains all over. Breakfast there were bugs (ants) on the food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is Very close to St. Pete airport (PIE) and there is some noise with aircraft departing but it was few and far between and overall not bad. Didn’t hear any noise overnight. Otherwise it’s a standard Springhill Suites, mostly quiet and comfortable.

Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. You need to stack three of them just to rest on.
