The Hotel Service was Very Good specially the Hotel Staff was too soft spoken and cooperative, I don't remember the name, but Mr. ***ish & Vipin at Front Desk, Rinku and others were there to assist on each step. Mr. Rohit was also there who was coordinating for everything, he also assist to take a visit of complete hotel to experience it in a better way. All restaurant staff including service boys and Chef were also very polite and were asking if anyone need something. Received issues from Sales Team at Gurgaon. There was a mistake in the name of the hotel in the cheque, so we initiated RTGS payment, but even after the payment was made, they asked to wait too long, however more then 80% payment was made in advance. To book a cab from hotel is almost impossible after 5pm, I suffered a lot as I was free at 8pm, but by the help of ***ish (Front Desk) and Mr. Ram (Driver), I got Hotel vehicle up to main highway and from there I booked Uber. The driver was also cooperative who asked to wait until my cab come, however I denied and asked him to leave back to hotel.
