We booked Hotel Grand 81's rooms for our family function. The rooms are clean and spacious. Location is good. Food is excellent. The staff was courteous. My guests enjoyed their stay at Hotel Grand 81.

They don't understand english and ***y times asking same question ***y staff doesn't understand. They just cut phone. Very very difficult communication with staff. And this hotel safety or not very question. Hopefully some staff can understand english.
