This hotel offers terrible service and no one should ever book it. I made an arrangement at the hotel to extend my stay for a day which they had initially accepted. When the day came for me to move to my new room they informed me that no more rooms were available and insisted it was my fault why this happened forcing me to move to the next hotel paying almost double the price of the room I had originally booked. The staff at the hotel were rather rude and unhelpful to me in resolving the issue. This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at and should be removed from this platform.

跟薩維爾酒店同一棟樓，在左後麪，部分設施幾個酒店共用。對比幾家酒店後不管是服務態度方面還是房間衞生方面性價比都高很多。房間很大，海景房窗户就可以看到海，真的很棒👍🏻門口走出去就是沙灘海邊，早上天氣好了可以看日出，退潮了可以帶小朋友出去趕海。不管是情侶還是家庭出遊都很適宜。

環境：跟着導航直接到酒店門口的免費停車場，就在海邊；一樓服務枱是三家酒店共用的，進去左邊一排三個服務枱，走到最裡麪那個就是；酒店大門到海邊就1分鐘，超級近；沙灘挺大，酒店海景房可以看日出，有海上棧道、海上亭閣、遊艇碼頭、沙灘道具，小片礁石拍照出片。
設施：沒有異味，傢俱都很新；有免費的小瓶礦泉水、晾衣架，晾衣服還算是方便；衞生間是乾濕分離的，有一次性洗漱用品，沒有一次性拖鞋，有洗澡用的塑料拖鞋；熱水來的很快，水量大且供水穩定；中央空調是和薩維爾度假酒店共用的，根據酒店冷暖供應時間來使用，能夠很正常的使用；沒有餐廳，可以叫外賣，或到隔壁薩維爾度假酒店吃，或者到酒店的馬路對面，有米粉、海鮮，豐簡都可，個人喜歡三塊石海鮮大排檔的味道。
衞生：房間都很乾凈；因為朝向不同進房間時海景房會比園景房室內客氣熱，個別海景房衞生間會有味道；床上用品、衞生間的毛巾都很乾凈，無異味；服務人員都能夠按要求打掃房間。
服務：服務態度很好，原本定的正海豪華雙床房，進門時覺得衞生間有點潮濕的黴味，接待的一位戴眼鏡高個小帥哥馬上給出瞭解決方案，我選擇了升級成270度海景豪華雙床房，小帥哥給了優惠。看了房間很滿意，從房間就能開到日出，景色很美直接連住了6晚。

和旁邊的高級酒店共享同一塊私人沙灘，很推薦。遊玩性價比很高，沙灘人少。房間床墊偏硬，有煙味，衞生稍微遜色一點點。

櫃枱美女説話的內容真的會有點吐血。跟櫃枱要個衞生巾也能演變成吵架。因為他説衞生紙沒給你收錢，你不要每次都説省錢省成本。（衹因我建議酒店至少放兩捆小的衞生紙，免得在用完的時候非常的尷尬。）唉！如果你們家酒店不提供衞生紙，或者衹提供一卷，早點説明我們至少可以選擇不住呢。其他的妳都表現不錯啊！浴缸洩水時漏水不知修好沒？
