First, a regret: we only planned to stay here for two days and one night! This place is perfect for a vacation, so next time I'll definitely plan to stay longer! The environment is fantastic, with a unique style. The rooms are all over the water, each a separate villa. The entrance garden is beautiful, with harmoniously arranged greenery and flowers; the back balcony has a bathtub and beach chairs for relaxation; the rooms have a coffee bar with hand-ground coffee, drinks in the refrigerator, and very comfortable beds! There are also snacks and fruits provided! Arriving here feels like a complete release from fatigue! The butler service is excellent, meticulous and attentive, always available when needed; the shuttle bus is also very helpful, providing beach transportation, breakfast, etc.! 👍 You can set off fireworks and firecrackers on the beach at night, it's so liberating! Children can go boating, with a safety officer accompanying them the whole time. The officer even brings towels to lay on the boat – such thoughtful service! 👍 One suggestion: make the entire overwater villa area a closed loop, it would be even better for walks and other activities!

Facilities: Very good, all new and in good condition. Hygiene: Well done, very clean. Environment: Quite good, the hot tubs are great, the environment is excellent. Service: Good, transportation is readily available, very convenient, and they can even take you to the beach.

The Guangyue Water Villa Hotel boasts a fantastic environment with ocean views right outside the window. The rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The service is warm and attentive, the location is convenient, and the resort atmosphere is fantastic. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended! Thanks again to Xiao Ning and Xiao He at the front desk for their warm and attentive service! [smile]

The room was very nice, and the environment was clean and tidy. There weren't many people around, and the nearby beach was just a two-kilometer walk away, so it wasn't crowded at all. The dedicated customer service staff were very helpful and responded promptly to all requests. The only downside was that there weren't many restaurants nearby, so you'd need to drive to find lunch or dinner.

Fangchenggang Guangyue Shang's Waterfront Villas are absolutely amazing! The waterfront villas are built right on the beach, with a refreshing and soothing log cabin design. Watching the sunrise and sunset from your private terrace is incredibly romantic, and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the seafood is fresh and delicious. Especially the staff member Manman on duty—her service was excellent! Enjoy a Southeast Asian resort experience without leaving the country; it's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely come back!

In December, I traveled with friends and stayed at the Guangyue Shang Tinghai Water House Hotel in Baisha Bay Resort Area. I was immediately struck by its beauty; the Southeast Asian-style water houses are built on an inland lake. Falling asleep to the sound of the lake at night, with its stunning nighttime views of the surrounding water, was incredibly relaxing. Thanks to Jane at the front desk for the arrangements. The in-room soaking tub temperature was adjustable, which was very convenient. Although there was some construction nearby, there was absolutely no noise at night, which was perfect for us light sleepers. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends!

硬件設施很好，智能馬桶，科樂花灑，戴森吹筒，巴馬礦泉水，手磨咖啡機，本以為碰到三月三假期碰到人多，客服響應沒有那麼快，誰知道衹要微信管家，管家必定第一時間回覆，服務真是太好了，酒店的自助餐128元/位，小童半價，原以為沒啥吃的，誰知道三文魚，皮皮蝦，紅酒烤雞都有，早餐也很豐盛，還配小童專用餐具。三月三期間，酒店活動豐富，對山歌，跳竹竿舞，小丑表演，猜字謎（贏了不少廣西特色獎品），非遺表演……下午贈送點心下午茶，晚餐桃膠糖水夜宵，酒店離海灘不遠，微信管家，觀光車會把我們送到景區的每一個地方，非常贊！下次還會和家人朋友一塊來。

管家和前台服務比較好，雖然也有小問題，但都及時解決了。房間外面就是沙子，孩子玩的特別好。不過房間外還在裝修，電纜擺的到處都是，沒有將酒店進出和施工區域隔離開，很不安全。房間的衞生間反味比較嚴重，要把衞生間的門一直關着並打開排氣扇才能好一些

房間很大，很美，訂了好久才訂上的，服務員很熱情，叫車也很快，還幫我們提行李。早餐很美味😋
