Well I'd give 10 stars for the owner. Hats off for all her effort, she took care of us in every possible way. Had us picked from the railway station, helped with the entry tickets, even helped with our bulky luggage. She offered us different rooms to choose from.
The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the river. It is a little worn out but still a great choice with a wonderful location. The amenities include hairdryer, kettle, toiletries and an amazing ac/heater.
You can arrange a return transfer with them for just RMB 20.
The generous lady and her hospitality exceeded our expectations. She even prepared us a breakfast to go.
Would certainly recommend this wonderful little inn.

Our stay here was good. The girl at reception is very kind and always wants to help, and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left, but you need to ask in advance. The hotel is right next to the scenic area of Furong. Our balcony and room were beautiful- but our mosquito net was broken so the room got very damp. Also there was some mould on the curtain in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony. The breakfast was free and very nice, although the kitchen it is cooked in looks a bit unclean which put me off. There was free snacks but no free water which we have experienced everywhere else in China. It looks beautiful at night. I wish it was cleaner.

Excellent location and service. The hotel was just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance of Furong town. There was also a supermarket right next to the hotel and a fast foot outlet. Service was good as well as there’s the option to arrange for free transport to and fro. For example, from the high speed rail station to the hotel. It can be difficult to contact the hotel for this so if possible, message the hotel for their WeChat to arrange for transport in advance.
The room was very zen like and calming. It was also a good place to just chill! Breakfast was also good and had variety. Would recommend.

The location of the B&B is quite good, next to Tuwang Bridge. It takes two minutes to walk to the waterfall viewing platform. If you drive, you can navigate to Tianze parking lot, which charges 20 yuan. We parked in the private parking lot at the door for 10 yuan, which is very close. The off-season is very cost-effective. The room faces the street. There are still bustling crowds before 11 pm, and various cars pass by one after another from 7 am. There is a travel photo downstairs. There should be welcome fruit when booking the room, but it was not given. For some reason, the owner was not there when checking out.

A B&B that can join Huazhu is trustworthy. When visiting Furong Town in western Hunan this time, it is also a wise move to decisively choose Furong Zhilian Jincheng Hotel in Furong Town. A super good homestay, located right in the scenic area, with stylish decoration and clean and tidy rooms. They also arranged a pick-up service. Buying tickets for them is also much cheaper than buying them yourself. The key point is: I didn't know I had my period that night and stained the sheets. When I left, I told the proprietress with trepidation how much the cleaning fee was so I could transfer it to her. In the end, she said it was okay and wished us a pleasant journey. It's really a very good store and a very satisfying stay!

Hosts were very friendly, and I was kindly given a free upgrade to a bigger room with a good view! The room was clean and the tv contains many English movies, which is great if you want to chill and relax in the room. The host also gave me some free fruits and biscuits, which is nice. The inn is located inside the Furongzhen old town and is near the main attractions in the old town. The value-to-price ratio provided by the inn is high. The host provides a free one-way ride to/from the railway station, and they kindly helped me to arrange a ride with a driver to go back to the station. During my checkout, to my surprise, the host provided me with some free water, fruits and biscuits for breakfast to takeaway, so a big thank you to the inn for being such a wonderful host for my trip in Furongzhen!

This hotel is at the highest point of the hill, near the exit of Furong ancient town main attraction. The owner is very communicative and really helpful in trying to make us comfortable staying there. This hotel has high-end amenities especially in the bathroom and toilet. GGuest UserI finally went to the beautiful Furong Town. There are B&Bs all around. I chose from thousands of places online and finally chose this very cost-effective store. This store is located in a scenic area. Compared with other areas, it is particularly quiet to sleep at night. There are many shopping and food places around during the day, which can easily meet the various needs of guests. The facilities of the B&B are very complete. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with comfortable beds, modern bathroom facilities, wet and dry separation and complete smart home appliances. The decoration of the room is very unique, which makes people feel the owner's intention and enthusiasm. In addition, this B&B has a large open-air terrace, where you can watch the waterfall and make tea around the stove, which is very comfortable. The service of this B&B is very attentive, and the owner is very warm and friendly. He was waiting for us at the high-speed rail station long before we arrived. The proprietress was also very nice. She introduced us to detailed travel guides, told us how to avoid pitfalls, bought tickets from her, and even gave us a discount. The above is my true personal experience. 22ofusFirst of all, I would like to thank you her (I don’t know who is she) she was good hospitality with calm manner. Start from add we chat to book a car pick up at train station. She asked about did I bring an umbrella because it’s raining there. Car pick up come on time. Surprisingly, the room so huge than I expected. It’s upper deck for bedroom. Value for money. It’s located close to tourist attractions (easy to walk). At night my wife got headache, I asked for pharmacy nearby but she brought me one. Thank you very much for taking care us completely comfortable.
One thing to advice that my room close to front desk the wood wall was easy to get the noise from people chatting at front desk and also food smell from front desk too.
Everything is perfect stay for our vacation. I will be back and recommend to others reader.

GGuest UserWe are two people travelling from the UK. We had no problems booking on Trip and checking in to the hotel with our passports.
The hotel is beautiful with lots of character and charm, even more so when lit up at night by lanterns. There is dark wood and tasteful decorations. There are communal areas to sit.
We had booked a standard double but they very kindly upgraded us to the top floor room, which had amazing views of the old town and a balcony with table and chairs. The air conditioning was excellent, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, it was very clean. The room had a TV, kettle, cups, shampoo & body wash, plugs by both sides of the bed, insect repellent plugs, towels. The hotel page mentions a fitness room but there isn’t one. There is a washing machine for use, as well as laundry detergent. The balcony had a rail we hung the clothes on to try.
Our room was on the top floor and there wasn’t a lift - not a problem for us but mentioning it for others.
For breakfast, we requested a time and they brought it to the room. We were given a few options to choose from. We had noodles, dumplings, mini banana bread and mini brioche bread. It came with small cartons of milk so we could have instant coffee we had brought ourselves.
Above all, the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel owners was wonderful. They were so helpful. We used translate apps and WeChat app to talk. They ordered a comfortable taxi to take us to the train station. They helped carry our bags upstairs. When we checked in, they offered us local snacks containing tofu, rice, peanuts. They can get discounted entrance tickets to the town for you as well - we did not use this and just bought our tickets at the entrance. They sent us useful information via WeChat.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just inside the entrance to the old town, and a few metres from the start of the scenic loop around the town. You can reuse the tickets to go in and out. Lots of restaurants nearby in the scenic area, and a large supermarket very close to the hotel, just outside the scenic area. A short Didi ride from the high speed train station as well.
Totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Furong Ancient Town, especially the lovely people who run it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

LLien DucBook your stay with Tusi Xuanfu when staying in Furong Ancient Town! We had such a wonderful stay and the view from their courtyard is amazing! You get to see the whole view of the beautiful ancient town! Check in and check out was prompt and smooth! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Prior to us arriving, they helped us arrange for a driver to come pick us up from the train station. They made our stay in furong so seamless and stress free. The staff also helped us arrange for a car service back to Zhangjiajie Hehua airport when we departed. I will be recommending Tusi Xuanfu to all my friends and family who are planning to visit Furong Ancient Town! 💕

VVivianlamNice view from the balcony but is not exactly at the main waterfalls area. Room is nice and clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly to help us to purchase entrance ticket and share what's around the area. Hotel provided 1 way free pick up from train station but will need to pay for the return but I think is fine. They will help to arrange for carpooling. The road is uneven so will take some time to drag the luggages from entrance to hotel. There is no lift in the town, so we need to carry our luggage 2 flight of steps downward (no choice). Hotel staff also willing to help carry. Overall a great stay even is 1 night only. Will recommend to stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay! Qie Man has the best surrounding conditions, and it is also the closest to the gate of the scenic area. If you live in the town, you have to take a battery car from everywhere to Furong Garden, and then walk five minutes from Furong Garden to the entrance of the scenic area. Qie Man is right here in Furong Garden. The courtyard, lobby, and room of the inn are very impressive, elegant and comfortable. The proprietress is generous, thoughtful, kind, and loyal. Two days after we checked out, my friend's luggage needed to be stored for half a day, and the proprietress agreed immediately and was very caring. She is clever and has made a lot of exquisite handicrafts by herself. During her stay, my baby was playing with cats and doing handicrafts in her place, free of charge, and played for half a day. This is a warm place, and I will definitely stay there next time if I have the chance!

Although the room is small and complete, everything is complete, and the hygiene is really the cleanest family I have ever lived during this period of travel! Not dirty, not messy, not bad! Service: The boss and the proprietress are super good! And his little son hahaha is very fun, I really like the atmosphere of their family! The parking and driving boss will help to see it is really good! Food: The authentic snack proprietress arranged it for me! In the evening, their family made fried small potatoes and left me a copy. I really cried! The family is really delicious even if I go back to Sichuan, I miss the taste. Because I want to eat local food, I asked the proprietress to the restaurant next to the inn! Tianluo rice noodles are super delicious~ All empty dishes are empty. I really recommend this inn! Clean and hygienic! Really at home

GGuest UserThe owner was very friendly and considerate. He picked us up from the train station upon arrival and also dropped us when we completed our stay free of charge.
Furthermore, he upgraded our room with one with a balcony and faced the river. The room was very comfortable. He also provided 2 breakfasts even though, it should be only once. Again free of charge.
He even helped to arrange for transport to Hongshilin as he couldn't drive us there as he was not feeling well that day.
Lastly, his place is outside the main waterfall area which provides peace and quiet, unlike those near the waterfall which is surrounded by pubs with karaoke.
It's the best place to experience local hospitality.

IIreneWe had an enjoyable 1 night stay at this hotel. We called and arranged a pick from the Furong train station and they greeted us with excitement. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just about 2 minutes walk to the bridge and another 5 minutes to the waterfall viewing point. The room was well decorated and the balcony provided great views of the bridge. Staff was friendly and provided good recommendations for dinner and photo taking places. Highly recommend!

MMỵthis is so far the best budget hotel we have stay during this trip. the room is exactly as the photos and the bed was super soft and comfy. we contacted the owner and she had a car pick us at the train station. she also helped with getting the tickets and arrange car for the next day. the photos are from my room, thou would love to go a bit further into the town for a better view but its a 5* for the bed and the spacious room.
