Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive

Our stay in the Beach Villa at Excellence Oyster Bay was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully taken care of. The villa itself was beautiful, private, and perfectly maintained, giving us the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy every moment of our trip. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. Our butlers, Omar and Malik, were simply outstanding. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, handled every detail with professionalism and warmth, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Omar also created some of the most memorable moments of our trip, including an incredible romantic sunset dinner on the beach, complete with hearts drawn in the sand. He also surprised us with a sip-and-paint event on our villa deck, and then made it even more unforgettable by arranging a personal saxophone player to serenade us during the painting experience. Their service was personal, attentive, creative, and truly above and beyond. We also want to recognize our butlers from last year, Orville and Jason, who worked with Omar at our villa during our previous stay. Even though we were not guests in the villas they were serving this year, they still took the time to visit us, which meant so much. Orville also made our stay even more special with beautiful sand art on our beach towels for our welcome and again for our romantic dinner on the beach. Those thoughtful personal touches made us feel remembered, appreciated, and truly at home. Ricardo, our pool maintenance man, also deserves special recognition. He kept our pool spotless and inviting every day, always with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. Mauricio, the Villa supervisor, was excellent as well, making sure everything ran smoothly and that our villa experience met the highest standard. Our housekeeper, Syydia, did a wonderful job keeping the villa immaculate and comfortable. Every time we returned, the space felt fresh, welcoming, and beautifully cared for. Her hard work made such a difference in helping us fully relax and enjoy the villa. We also want to give a big shoutout to our bartenders, Eric and Kemoy. They brought so much energy, friendliness, and skill to every drink they made. Whether we were looking for a favorite cocktail or trying something new, they made each visit enjoyable and memorable. We also had an amazing experience with our photographer, Dean. He took incredible pictures and somehow made us look like movie stars. His talent, eye for detail, and ability to capture the best moments gave us beautiful memories from the trip that we will cherish for years to come. After two previous visits, we also finally had the pleasure of meeting Happy, the beach vendor. He was so kind and welcoming, and we were thrilled to buy a handcrafted stingray from him. We have been to quite a few “All Inclusive” resorts across many islands and the Excellence Brand and our experience at Oyster Bay was one of the best in terms of service, food, atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to detail. There were so many staff members we interacted with throughout our stay and they were all helpful and attentive. Desreen (Magna waitress), The entire concierge team with Magna and Excellence Club beach were fantastic, the sweet ladies at Aroma Coffee were all wonderful, Tamika (Zenith Waitress), Jordan (Magna waiter), Rick and Kasuli (Magna Entertainment staff) were great too! We HIGHLY recommend this resort for a very relaxing, quiet and enjoyable experience. You won’t be disappointed!!

Returning to Excellence Oyster Bay reminded us why we fell in love with this resort in the first place. Nestled on a quiet peninsula away from busy roads, crowds, and neighboring resorts, Excellence Oyster Bay offers a level of peace and exclusivity that is difficult to find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had discovered our own private corner of Jamaica. The resort is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and set along one of the most spectacular beaches we have ever experienced. Each evening, the sun set directly in front of the villa area, painting the sky with breathtaking colors and creating postcard-worthy views that never got old. Our Beach Villa provided the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and luxury. One of our favorite features was the private pool, which quickly became our daily retreat. The pool was equipped with a goose-neck waterfall feature that provided a relaxing massage for the back and shoulders, along with an underwater bench with built-in jets that soothed both the back and calves. Combined with the stunning ocean views and complete privacy, it created the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean. What makes Excellence Oyster Bay stand out is not just the beautiful setting—it's the people who consistently create moments that feel personal and meaningful. Our butlers, Omar and Malik, played a huge part in making this stay so special. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they always seemed to know exactly how to elevate each day. From arranging a stunning sunset dinner on the beach with hearts drawn in the sand to surprising us with a private sip-and-paint experience on our villa deck accompanied by a live saxophone player, they continuously found ways to make our vacation feel unique and unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and creativity turned great experiences into exceptional ones. The villa itself was maintained to perfection by an outstanding team. Ricardo ensured our private pool was always sparkling and ready to enjoy, while Mauricio, the Villa Supervisor, made certain every aspect of our stay ran seamlessly. Syydia, our housekeeper, kept the villa immaculate throughout our visit. Walking back into a beautifully refreshed villa each day added an extra level of comfort and relaxation to our stay. Another highlight of our trip was the exceptional spa experience. We indulged in both a couples massage and hydrotherapy, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had. A heartfelt thank you goes to Theresa, Malik, and Yunika, whose expertise and warm hospitality made every moment at the spa feel rejuvenating and luxurious. Their care and professionalism helped create a truly peaceful escape. The culinary experiences throughout the resort were equally impressive. This vacation was the Honeymoon for me & my wife. We had an excellent time trying almost all the restaurants, swimming a the beach, and relaxing in the pools.

Facility, food, service, staff all combine to make for a memorable vacation. Not one disappointing experience over six day visit. We plan to return as you will depart feeling appreciated for your visit.

Excellence Oyster Bay is a beautiful property with gorgeous views, well-maintained grounds, and plenty of potential. We had an enjoyable vacation, but if I’m being completely honest, the biggest opportunity for improvement is the overall service culture. The recurring theme throughout our stay was that many employees seemed more focused on finishing conversations with one another than acknowledging waiting guests. It wasn’t every employee, but it happened often enough that it became noticeable. At a luxury resort, guests shouldn’t feel like they’re interrupting staff conversations to receive service. That said, several employees absolutely deserve recognition because they made our vacation much better. Breakfast Breakfast was one of the highlights each morning. The attendants greeted us warmly, opened doors, helped carry plates, and kept things moving efficiently. Special thanks to Randy and Miskayla for their excellent hospitality. Porter: Giovanni provided a warm welcome and was friendly and helpful throughout our arrival. Lobster House Unfortunately, this was our most disappointing dining experience and worse dining experience ever. Consistently terrible and I have been at this resort at least 3 times. We arrived around 2:56 p.m. and sat for nearly 20 minutes without service while watching guests who arrived after us receive immediate attention. After mentioning it around 3:14 p.m., we were told our server, Mitzienzie, simply hadn’t seen us. Considering there were very few tables occupied, that explanation was difficult to understand. Someone who appeared to be a manager eventually stopped by, but rather than helping de-escalate the situation, the interaction left us feeling unheard. However that may be because they’re high as a kite, their eyes were bloodshot red. If we came back, I would never go to lobster house again. Lifeguard A huge thank you to Dwayne, who was consistently friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. His positive attitude never went unnoticed. He is one of the reasons why we have returned. Zenith This ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences thanks to the team. Chef Clive, Kimona, Hayne, Arthurneil, and Ricardo all provided excellent service. Chef Clive is an amazing chef, he needs to be running all the kitchens. Ricardo especially impressed us by noticing we needed water before we even had to ask. It’s those small details that create a five-star experience. App Customer Service A shout-out to Cwayne B., who quickly helped us through the Excellence app and arranged for our Vicofresh pillow request without any issues. Room Our room itself was very nice, but there were a couple of frustrations. The biggest was that the Do Not Disturb indicator felt more like a suggestion than a request. Outside of the inconsistencies with our room service, the resort was fine. 7/10 rating. Food was decent. Entertainment was very good. We prefer the Punta Cana location more but this location was fine.

We stayed at Excellence Oyster Bay to celebrate our 40th birthday, and it was an amazing trip! We had a slight hiccup during check-in, but Mrs. Khalilah handled everything with such grace, professionalism, and kindness that it was quickly resolved. Her exceptional customer service made us feel truly valued. Our favorite restaurant was Spice—we loved it so much that we ate there three times during our stay! The food was outstanding every visit. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The beautiful resort, excellent dining, and outstanding service made this a birthday celebration we’ll always remember. We definitely plan to return and would highly recommend Excellence Oyster Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing, first-class getaway.
