This was my 5th time staying at FCCC, the apartments are value for money when the cost is shared for the Peaks Challenge weekend but they could do with a little bit of an update. My only real gripe is that the building is well insulated to keep warm for the colder months of the year. During hot times it gets warm and stuffy in the apartments. There seems to be little to no airflow and no air conditioning which can make it uncomfortable. Would I return? Yes I would, but I would bring a couple of fans next time.

Thé accommodation was very comfortable, and well-equipped, and the appliances were easy to use. A lift to transport baggage etc was very helpful on arrival . The pool was operating in summer, which was great for children, and the location and ease of parking made movement around the village and surrounding area a real bonus.

Where do i start, we just love this place! Reception ladies were so helpful. The beds were super comfy, and the fully equipped kitchen made mealtime so much easier. Click your skis on, walk down about 20 steps, and you're at the lifts ready for a day of fun. The only downfall was that we had pretty bad weather and found it very hard to dry gear for 7 people in the tiny drying room available. We ended up having to put it in the tumble dryers, which was a real pain. We will definitely be coming back.

We love staying at FCCC. We stayed recently for the third or fourth time. The location is excellent. It is ski in ski out, close to a quiet lift, and close to the village action while also being peaceful. It is very clean, warm and practical. We usually stay for a week and make most of our own meals. The staff are lovely. We had a bad time recently with some broken chains during a snow storm, and Jude and Christine totally looked after us and went the extra mile to help us out. Warmly appreciated.

The people who work are fantastic. From the time of booking to checking out they are absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and ever to answer a question. The apartment was spotless. Great location and right next to a chair lift.

Cons: Room and Furniture is outdated and needs some TLC. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallways. Small Drying Room. Showers quite small and closed by a shower curtain. Restaurant closed. Pool is on the cold side of warm. Pros: Great Location. Perfect for Ski in Ski Out. Just above the Gully Chair Lifts. Shuttles just down the stairs outside. Boards and Skis are not allowed into your room. Overall great location but for what you pay per night you would expect more from the rooms.

If you expect la di da accomodation, you'll be disappointed. However, if you want the best ski in ski out location, very friendly staff, clean, well equiped no nonsense rooms, excellent pricing, and a pickup from the coach terminal, then you can't possibly consider anywhere else on the mountain. Fantastic place - been coming back here for over 12 years now.

We stayed in the bed sit with a great little kitchen. Beds are very firm. We knew they would be a little dated but there was quite a few new things in the kitchen. We did so much in our 4 days here.Numerous walks, fishing, mountain huts, the “ancient ruins” interesting rock formation, kayaking, dinner and drinks out.
