前台禮貌周到有問必答，辦理入住過程順暢；停車方便，酒店門口一大排停車位，停車格寬大，路邊也劃有停車位，且酒店側邊不遠處感覺也有很多可以停車的地方，對於自駕的人來説環境相當友好；在斜對面馬路麥當勞旁邊有個大超市，自駕遊的人買點東西很方便；房間面積寬敞，衞生極佳，設施很新，衞生間佈局合理，智能馬桶，有皮質躺椅沙發夠檔次，圓桌寬大，擺放電腦平板高度合適；空調冷暖功能隨叫隨到，通風效果極佳，床鋪好睡；有小度小度；靠近主幹道一邊有車來車往聲音，在接受範圍內；窗户是私隱防曬玻璃，但感覺並不影響採光；早餐算豐富，工作人員同樣禮貌周到；外賣是機器人送餐，到酒店外不遠處也有很多吃飯的地方。我覺得這個酒店綜合水平比許多其他地方的同名酒店的檔次要高。

酒店房間的設施非常先進，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。

性價比很高的一家酒店，房間很乾凈，空間也很大，服務也很好，有免費的停車場，住在這裏很方便，地理位置很好，附近還有很多小吃，購物買東西也很方便，對面就有一個大超市，下次還會入住，也會推薦朋友入住的

每次到葛店來出差都是入住維也納，算是附近最好的一家，性價比高，前台小姐姐每次來都跟我升級了，有什麼需求也是及時幫忙解決，機器人第一時間送到，這裏早餐自助形式種類多 附近搭車吃飯都很方便，走的時候還熱心給了瓶熱水！
