前台服務員態度非常差勁，處理問題特別非常死板，在網上預訂好的房間，到店後説房間開完了沒房了，前台服務員要在電腦系統裏看我訂房的訊息，我到店時電腦系統一直是壞的狀態入住不了，半夜了要我在那等着系統恢復以後，才能調房，我説等系統好了以後補差房價，死腦殼的怎麼説都説不通，沒辦法啊，等到零晨了衹有取消訂單。
