酒店在鄂州不管在裝修還是服務都是排第一，但是對於五星標準還需努力，整體給人嘈雜感，房間細節簡單化，空調太冷，床墊太硬，服務不及時，這些剛開業都可以理解，服務好是出現問題給出最佳解決方案，是見面友善的態度，是需要時積極溝通不需要就不打擾。提出建議希望酒店越來越好。

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，我是凌晨到酒店，已很累了，前台ken主動給我安排最好的房間，辦理入住速度很快，體驗到了即到即住，辦理結束之後hale立刻幫我拿行李送至房間途中還講解酒店設施設備，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次來還會再來入住

鄂州本地新開業酒店，酒店裝修沒得説，第一次的入住體驗也是非常滿意，尤其是房間床墊特別舒服，前台Paris的服務態度超級好，始終保持親切的微笑，讓人如沐春風，除了地理位置稍偏，沒有別的缺點，但是也遠離了城市的喧囂，度過了一個美好的假期！

哇塞，這次入住鄂州皇冠假日酒店真是太酷啦，很幸運趕上酒店開業第一天，一進酒店大堂，我就感覺自己像個貴賓，酒店的工作人員都超級熱情，好像我是個超級大明星一樣！
房間簡直太讚了，又大又寬敞，床軟得像雲朵，我都差點飄起來了！而且，浴室裏的淋浴頭水流超強勁，感覺可以把我身上的疲勞都沖掉，浴室洗護用品都是國際大品牌。
酒店的設施也很不錯哦！健身房裡的器材多得讓我眼花繚亂，我都不知道該從哪個開始鍛鍊了。還有那個游泳池，清澈見底，帶星空頂，我真想跳進去遊個痛快！
不過，最讓我開心的是酒店的美食。餐廳裏的菜品種類繁多，味道好得讓我差點把舌頭都吞下去了。我還嚐了他們的特色甜點，簡直是甜蜜的天堂！
總之，這次入住體驗簡直太棒了！我都有點不想回家了呢，哈哈！不過，還是要感謝酒店的工作人員，讓我有了這麼愉快的住宿經歷。下次有機會，我還會再來的！🤩

第一次入住鄂州皇冠假日，很滿意的入住體驗，酒店裝修豪華，雖然偏商務化，但也不失典雅，房間寬敞明亮，床很柔軟舒適，游泳健身器材都很齊全，小朋友玩的特別開心，前台賓客服務非常贊，感謝辦理入住的王曉華和值班經理Paris ，熱情周到的服務非常給酒店加分！！下次再會。
