Stayed at this Premier Inn for one night in order to attend a family funeral the following day. Overall on arrival the lady on reception was attending to another guest and going out of her way to resolve an issue - she is a credit to the Premier Inn brand, cheerful and helpful. Our room was clean and I always like the sofa bed when travelling with children. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent, and likewise the breakfast was really good. All of the staff we encountered were excellent, friendly and helpful. If we were in the area again we would definitely book here a second time.

This has to be one of the best Premiers I have stayed in. It was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was SO comfortable. The location was perfect, car park easy to locate, and such a clean and welcoming reception. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

They ran out of food at breakfast 45 minutes before breakfast cut off point. There was no apology, just staff blaming each other and saying what should’ve happened while our two kids were hungry. Sticky carpets, terrible WiFi. Go elsewhere

Smelly damp room. Bathroom extractor didnt work, full of condensation. No opening windows. Horrible. Unfortunately had rebooked for return from a holiday and as paid cheapest option they will not refund! All beware, can no longer rely on Premier Inn!

Staff were rude and abrupt. Long que to order food but only 1 unfriendly young lady taking orders (prob why she was so not happy). Comfy seated Area was cordoned off to customers but One off Duty member of staff sat drinking there while customers had to sit on not so comfortable dining type chairs

We stayed in room 6 it was a bit dated but clean. Our problem was the noise coming from the room above us. It started at about 5.30 am and continued until we left at 10.30 am. I went down to reception to report it which was a complete waste of time. Customer service in this hotel is non existent. The guarantee of a good night's sleep is an absolute joke.
