Hotel ligt net buiten de oude stadsmuren zodat de oude stad met gemak per voet te verkennen is. Er is een ondergronds garage waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. faciliteiten zijn goed en het ontbijt is redelijk, maar enigszins beperkt door weinig personeel.
Het belangrijkste pluspunt vonden wij is het personeel - een team van aardige en zeer behulpzame jonge mensen. Op wat wij ook vroegen werd meteen en positief gereageerd.
Al met al een uitstekende startpunt om Evora en de omgeving te verkennen.

Comodidades pouco insonorizadas. Haviam muitas famílias com crianças, inclusive a fazerem uma festa de aniversário no pateo do hotel, e mesmo de janela fechada se ouvia tudo.
Em termos de staff e condições do quarto, muito simpáticos e agradáveis. Apenas as almofadas podiam ser mais confortáveis (muito grandes e altas).

Heerlijk verblijf in Evora. Superbehulpzaam personeel, mooie ruime kamers en direct aan de stadsmuur van Evora. Wat wil je nog meer? Oh ja ik weet het al je kunt gratis in de parkeergarage van het hotel (veilig!) parkeren

Très bonne expérience, on recommande ! Personnel serviable et agréable, serviettes à disposition moyennant caution pour la piscine.
L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (ça vaut pour les chambres comme la piscine!).
Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
La literie était excellente !!! On avait pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps, c’était comme être sur un nuage.
Cet hôtel mérite amplement ces 4 étoiles.
