Marriott Titanium member but first stay at this brand. This is a great hotel. All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed. At first I was annoyed that there was only one USB port - at the desk under the TV, then I realized there were FOUR ports on the phone. I am a fan of the walk-in shower and attached large bottles of shower products. I LOVE the hydration stations that allowed me to fill my hydroflask with water and ice. There was one on our floor by the elevators and one in the fitness center. The fitness center was nice in as much as ALL the equipment machines were working...not a common experience for me. I only used the treadmill but they have nice ones with different programs and scenery. Room seemed well ventilated as well. Parking wasn't a problem. I decided to leave the vehicle outside and parked where I could see it from my window. No crazy noises or sketchy people outside during my stay. I was on the 7th floor with access to the pantry. This is heaven for me since free breakfasts are usually wasted on me. It was well stocked but mostly sweets and carbs which allowed me to indulge in popcorn and york peppermint patties. My only gripe is small and easily remedied... Attach more than one hook in the bathroom, especially if you're going to encourage people to reuse their towels. There was sufficient wall space next to the toiletries shelves for multiple hooks. All in all, looking forward to stays at this hotel and brand in the future.

They all take very good care of us and handle situations as best as possible when some of the renters do not use the rooms to rest and sleep. I had to lose sleep, several times, and woke up wiped out. However, no matter how much misery the night held, seeing their humble faces; watching them work diligently to keep the motel in as good as shape as possible, made me think, this I can endure. I'd like to say that I do not recall ever meeting such sweet, hard-working, positive and cheery housekeepers ever before in my life. I was always taken care of with a smile, kindness, generosity, although they all have effects from this viral ordeal as well! What extra-special people are at this motel, working and running it! I Facebooked about how during the hardest times and finding yourself in places unexpected, you will discover the best of people. I was with the best of the best. I thought that it was going to be only one night I stayed, however, it turned into three weeks plus! This team of amazing humans made it feel homey. I felt safe despite the area and other things one considers. They should be role models for all challenging location motels. It would behoove Wyhndam to have any considered managers in the making for other hotels along this line to spend time working with and learning from Gill and Rekha. Why? Because how they are making such a difference between people from all walks of life... profoundly so! It makes the entire complex safer, people are wanting to be like them and it affects most guest relations because they set the stage with their wonderful influence. This particular property could be extremely dangerous with other management that would be hard, cold, rude, etc. Take it from me, they are EXCEPTION all across the board in how they do absolutely everything. On every level, working at this semi-budget hotel, everyone working on-site have four-star ethics, humanities, and most of all... five start hearts! The Great: Staff onsite were amazing. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly! We were here with a team and staff went out of their way to help us with things. The breakfast options were great. It changed a bit from day to day. There was no box for tips for the staff and they worked so hard they deserved it! We would just leave it under the Kleenex box but maybe the hotel would consider putting a tip box out..? Lots of room to eat and tables around. The Good: The rooms were spacious and the main bed and linen was lovely. The furnishings were a bit dark which I found revealed the age of the hotel but that was simply an atheistic thing. The gym was large with free weights, 2 benches, 3 treadmills (one was not working), a large elliptical and some recumbent bikes. There was also some medicines balls and one mat. The mat and treadmills were always in high demand in the mornings so I would offer my humble suggestion to get another mat or two and fix up that last treadmill. Also, the AC is the coldest on the gym it felt like so that was great! The pool was always stocked with towels - thanks front desk staff! It was smaller and quite loud in there but when you have a team in there, that’s to be expected. The OK: Nothing about this can change but the parking garage is quite tight for bigger vehicles. They post signs reminding people to take up only one space but that wasn’t always the case. The smoke pit, whether it be labelled or just where everyone goes to smoke, is in an alcove by the front doors. Be ready to be subjected to all kinds of smoke if you walk in the front doors. Do what you do but my child shouldn’t have to go through a cloud of **** smoke to get in the front doors. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was flat and you could feel the springs. We asked to switch from a king/pull out room to two doubles but they were full and had no other rooms available. The staff left another set of blankets for us to pad the bed. Didn’t have much of an impact but we appreciate the staff’s service! Overall, we would suggest this hotel for team and family travels. The staff is the crown jewel of this hotel!

I love it. I really liked that they bring your breakfast to the room, where we can relax as we eat - in our pjs, if we want to. The quality of the meal was better than most hotel food, too. The portions were small, but adequate as we got both cereal and the croissant sandwich, but one would not have been enough. The floors are hard, rather than carpet, which helps cleanliness and does not evoke as many allergies. The room was spacious, with four chairs, two at the table, and a desk chair and reading chair. The bed was very comfortable, too. The staff was lovely. Tiera was especially kind to arrange to print our boarding passes and luggage tags, when we discovered there was no business center to do it ourselves. The refrigerator is the largest I have ever seen in a hotel room, and had a standard freezer compartment. The microwave was a retro style, but very efficient. The room even has a toaster - surprise. My only item for improvement would be to not have a bulky pedestal for the table. It was quite uncomfortable to find a place for my long legs without getting too far from the table or being squashed. Four legs at the edges would solve that problem. It was more convenient to arrive here off I-5 than it appeared, too, so that was nice.

I checked in for a one night stay at this hotel. When I got to my room the chemical smell was overwhelming . Opened the window and turned on fan but it was going nowhere. It was possibly from the remodel . I asked the very nice front desk for a different room and she sent me upstairs to 318. No problems.....except later when I tried watching tv. It was not set up for their network. Not sure why. Seemed like more of a pain in the butt than I wanted to deal with so I just used my ipad. Internet became sketchier as the evening progressed which sometimes happens as more folks check in. The bed was nice, lots of pillows. I’m not sure I like the top sheet on top of the blanket. I usually like a top sheet to separate me from the blanket , which may or may not have been washed in certain hotels. I appreciated the bath sheet and the generous amount of towels. Room was ok clean except for some stuff on the ceiling and grimy walls in the bathroom. Not sure if I’d stay again. Easily not the best or the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The Great: Staff onsite were amazing. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly! We were here with a team and staff went out of their way to help us with things. The breakfast options were great. I chose this hotel because I was going to see the Boeing factory. The surprise is that the hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus (hotel shuttle, or business car) to the Boeing factory, as well as the bus station and train station. For those who do not drive That's great! An Asian waiter at the front desk was very enthusiastic and asked questions. There was no kettle in the room. She also said that the kitchen had a hot water machine and took us to fetch water. It was very considerate. The room was quite nice and nice. The nearest hotel is a Chinese restaurant, served in Hunan, but it is actually Chinese food for foreigners, but there is a special set menu at noon, only 8,9 yuan for one, a lot of portions, one of us 2 is enough, just waiter Very bad attitude and very indifferent. There are not many places to choose from, there are several Japanese and American restaurants, and things are still more expensive. Because it is not the town center, there are no other shops. If you just stay overnight, especially go to Boeing, and take a car (we go from here to Vancouver) is a good choice.

Generally speaking, it feels good. When it was twelve o'clock, the room was not cleaned up. When I was going out to play, I told me it was OK! The breakfast is also good, although the variety is not particularly large, but it also feels that the chef makes it very seriously, and the children love it.
