Comfort Inn Humboldt Bay - Eureka

Basic hotel room. But very clean and nice towels.

This is a good place to stay for a few days. It's not a luxury place but the breakfast is decent and it's pretty quiet. It seems to smell like pot when you first walk in.

I was really happy with my experience at this hotel. Jessica, the assistant manager, is absolutely on top of it and a very great person to work with. Gave us some great ideas of what to do in the areas. Breakfast was great, loved the waffles. The only downside for me was the really hard beds, I woke up each day with some backpain but besides that, it was a great experience.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The TV channel options were subpar, definitely need more options. Towels were very soft and white! Beds and bedding were also very comfortable-they put the Comfort in Comfort Inn. This was a great value especially over the holidays. I would recommend for a quick stay over.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our journey to the redwoods and up the coast. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the room, the friendly staff and the very well organized breakfast bar. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Eureka!

Loved our room, tons of area. Had a king suite. Service was friendly and helpful. Room clean. Watch out however as there may be a person come up to you as you are waiting for the elevator in lobby and do so in an authority like manner asking if you are a guest. Th is person was setting behind a desk in a room next to the lobby with a computer when they came up to us. When said yes the person demanded to know what floor and our name. Since this person was right in front of the staff at the desk we thought they were part of security. So we answered this person. Then the next question was were we parked in the garage and when we said yes they said well we may have some gifts for you. What? Then I asked if they were a time share representative and they said yes. No identification tag nothing. It upset me that the hotel was allowing this time share person to approach us in an authority manner demanding our name, room and how long we were there. And no identity. This person could have approached with name tag, stating purpose and asked if we wanted information. Outside of that the hotel itself and staff were fantastic.

The gentleman at the desk, Shawn was so awesome and helpful which is nice when you've been driving all day. He was informative and so friendly and engaging. Hotel room was nice and clean. Comfortable and quiet
