Très belle expérience, un accueil parfait, personnel sympa. Chambre spacieuse, très propre , wifi gratuit . Bien que la route soit proche j y ai très bien dormi la literie est excellente , la salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite mais suffisante.

I use this Chartres hotel regularly as a stop driving down through France. really helpful staff and clean and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. We were happy to find her next day at breakfast service with her colleague Ophelie. Mais ça c’était pour les chanceux, à peine cinq voitures dans l’hôtel mais il n’y avait pas assez de plats pour tout le monde, pour nous, c’était sandwich, et quel sandwich d’autoroute ! Conseil : réservez les soins au spa, avant d’arriver a l’hôtel car sinon c’est plein Quand au grand escalierpour accéder à l’espace piscine sauna non mentionné dans le descriptif de l’établis*****t Lorsque j’y étais le hammam, était fermé pour maintenance et pour le sauna, il n’y a que 2 places Tv : uniquement la TNT sans même une chaîne d’info en anglais J2, nous revenons de promenade à 17 heures en demandant si le restaurant est ouvert le soir, on nous dit oui à partir de 19 heures, nous arrivons vers 20 heures, et on nous dit qu’on a beaucoup de chance parce que normalement c’est sur réservation … l’information au moment où nous sommes passé au desk aurait été bienvenue Au final décevant pour un 4 étoiles mais 4 étoiles camping

The hotel as such is perfectly acceptable with renovated rooms. We had a junior suite for two adults and one daughter, but when we arrived in the evening we first had to find someone to arrange for a bed for our daughter as the room was set up only for two. Walls are rather thin here so you have little insulation and can hear others well in neighboring rooms. That was not a problem for us as the hotel wasn't full and we stayed there for just one night, but perhaps is less ideal if you stay longer. There is typically only one staff member on duty, so service is not the greatest. We asked for directions to a nearby restaurant but the attendant didn't even know the place that was recommended throughout in all relevant directories, on Tripadvisor, etc. Breakfast is fully self-service, including as to coffee with very basic prefabricated products, nothing special. What completely marred our experience is the fact that we had reserved and pre-paid our junior suite with breakfast included, yet at checkout were charged again separately for breakfast. That is perhaps a mistake that can happen, but was is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that the hotel when dark when we contacted them subsequently after having left and realized the additional charge. Not a single response to this date even after multiple messages/emails sent asking for correction of the mistake. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and not to be excused. Hence, we would recommend to stay away from this place and go elsewhere.
