Rested here in early November. The description on the site is true. Very enjoyed: the appearance of the hotel, the inner ”content” - room, territory, pool. Excellent staff: girls for recepcional, maid, dining room workers, etc. The huge plus was the heated pool, which was very nice to swim after a day of walking and traveling. The room is clean, pleasant, comfortable, cleaning daily.In the bathroom is a fan, hygiene sets. Breakfasts without exquisite, simple but delicious. The attitude is incredibly! A small, cozy hotel in the mountains. В этот раз были неприятно удивлены уровню питания в ресторане и обслуживанием в зоне большого бассейна корпуса С. Питание: 1. Салаты. Если раньше на выбор были очень вкусные салаты с авокадо, семгой, тайские, с морепродуктами, говядиной, клубникой, то сейчас это просто огурцы с помидорами, помидоры с луком или капустный салат. 2. Горячее. Раньше были мидии, креветки, рулеты из кролика, рулеты из сёмги (или др красной рыбы), теперь этого нет, из рыбы сейчас есть только треска, зубатка, камбала, иногда дорадо. 3. Сыр. Раньше были сыры с плесенью, камамбер, пармезан, моцарела. Сейчас 2-3 вида обычного сыра. 4. Десерты. Раньше были бесподобные десерты в фужерах, вкусные торты, теперь не вкусные и однообразные. 5. Фрукты. Раньше в сезон клубники и черешни (конец июня) она всегда была на столе, теперь этого нет, арбузы не каждый день. Также очень много отдыхающих с маленькими детьми. В ресторане нет детского уголка, нет отдельного детского питания. Вечером на ужин нет кисломолочных продуктов: творога, кефира, молока. Все любят мороженое, почему не добавить в меню мороженое? Вместо пары невкусных тортов. Также раньше емкости (мармиты), где была еда - были открытые. Видно, что это за еда и к ней был легкий доступ. Сейчас же это закрытые емкости, которые закрываются сразу же, наложить еду не успеваешь - бьет по рукам. На столах стоит QR-code, с отзывам и обратной связью, оставили отзыв о питании в первые дни пребывания, никто не перезвонил и не прояснил ситуацию. Бассейн корпуса С. Отдыхали 12 дней, в течении которых видели картину: люди приходят с утра и занимают шезлонги, уходят, иногда да же не возвращаются на них в течении дня. Персонал на это ни как не реагировал, хотя сушествует правило. На 11 день нашего пребывания персонал установил табличку о том, что нельзя оставлять занятым шезлонги в течении 30 минут. И как то очень выборочно начал убирать вещи с шезлонгов. По итогу, люди которые приходили занимать шезлонги у большого бассейна так и приходили и занимали, и никто не трогал их вещи, но люди которые занимали шезлонги у детского бассейна остались ни с чем, их вещи просто выносились вместе с игрушками, а сотрудники бассейна самоустранялись, всвязи с чем между отдыхающими происходило недопонимание и конфликты, на просьбу к сотрудникам перенести шезлонг из другого места и установить его в зоне детского бассейна был отказ: ”это не моя обязанность”. Если уж и существуют правила, то примите меры по их исполнению непосредственно для всех отдыхающих. И во весь период работы бассейна. Комнаты. Уборку комнат производили своевременно, воду пополняли, но не работал телевизор, каналы выключались, звук пропадал, на жалобу ответили, что это повсеместно и никак повлиять на это не могут. За 12 дней так и не смогли. По итогу отдых оказался смазанным, тех приятных ощущений: ”дорого, богато, качественно”, мы не испытали. Хочется, что бы вернулся былой статус, п

Отличный отель! До всех точек курорта с утра развозит трансфер! Всё в шаговой доступности! С Красной Поляны после каталки сами дошли до отеля-подъемник практически через дорогу. Очень много разных кафе и ресторанов на разный уровень доходов! Теперь об отеле- удобное расположение, лифт в отеле, лыжная комната, спа выше всяких похвал, вкуснейшие и разнообразные завтраки-от каш до оливье и брускетт, всегда вечером возвращались в чистый номер,ужины в ресторане Мушмула при отеле тоже самая высшая оценка- брали и местную форель, и бургеры, и морепродукты, когда не было сил после катания и спа -центра заказывали ужин в номер! Дома обнаружила , что забыла в отеле варежки и перчатки на батарее, жду теперь посылку из отеля! Кто сомневается-езжайте и наслаждайтесь! Спасибо отелю за уют и гостеприимство, вернёмся вновь.

Let me talk about the location first: The hotel is conveniently located, compared to Marriott, it is more convenient to go to the Snow Mountain: go left and go straight to the main road to the cableway connection station; there is a bus station across the road from the connection station, such as taking the mini-train, to Transfer to the bus at the ROZA station (terminal station) and get off at the opposite bus stop (about 3 stops, but there will be 1-2 stops in the middle to greet the station, if there are passengers boarding, increase the number of stops). In front of the hotel is a small children's playground: slides, swings, and young dolls play 2 hours a day without stopping. Talk about the room, the room facilities are basically complete, the toothbrush and toothpaste need to be brought to the room after being brought out, and other basically have (slippers in the large wardrobe). Breakfast at the hotel is rich and delicious: hot oatmeal, hot tea, hot coffee, not afraid of Chinese stomach uncomfortable. Courtyard can share Marriott's swimming pool and fitness center (7-8min walk between the two hotels), just show the room card to Marriott (although we did not use the doll, but it was good to listen to the front desk introduction). You can contact the front desk in advance for airport shuttle (or Heisei gate), and the fare can be paid directly to the front desk. Отдыхаем в данном отеле не первый год, и всё нравилось: питание и сервис были на высоте. В этот раз были неприятно удивлены уровню питания в ресторане и обслуживанием в зоне большого бассейна корпуса С. Питание: 1. Салаты. Если раньше на выбор были очень вкусные салаты с авокадо, семгой, тайские, с морепродуктами, говядиной, клубникой, то сейчас это просто огурцы с помидорами, помидоры с луком или капустный салат. 2. Горячее. Раньше были мидии, креветки, рулеты из кролика, рулеты из сёмги (или др красной рыбы), теперь этого нет, из рыбы сейчас есть только треска, зубатка, камбала, иногда дорадо. 3. Сыр. Раньше были сыры с плесенью, камамбер, пармезан, моцарела. Сейчас 2-3 вида обычного сыра. 4. Десерты. Раньше были бесподобные десерты в фужерах, вкусные торты, теперь не вкусные и однообразные. 5. Фрукты. Раньше в сезон клубники и черешни (конец июня) она всегда была на столе, теперь этого нет, арбузы не каждый день. Также очень много отдыхающих с маленькими детьми. В ресторане нет детского уголка, нет отдельного детского питания. Вечером на ужин нет кисломолочных продуктов: творога, кефира, молока. Все любят мороженое, почему не добавить в меню мороженое? Вместо пары невкусных тортов. Также раньше емкости (мармиты), где была еда - были открытые. Видно, что это за еда и к ней был легкий доступ. Сейчас же это закрытые емкости, которые закрываются сразу же, наложить еду не успеваешь - бьет по рукам. На столах стоит QR-code, с отзывам и обратной связью, оставили отзыв о питании в первые дни пребывания, никто не перезвонил и не прояснил ситуацию. Бассейн корпуса С. Отдыхали 12 дней, в течении которых видели картину: люди приходят с утра и занимают шезлонги, уходят, иногда да же не возвращаются на них в течении дня. Персонал на это ни как не реагировал, хотя сушествует правило. На 11 день нашего пребывания персонал установил табличку о том, что нельзя оставлять занятым шезлонги в течении 30 минут. И как то очень выборочно начал убирать вещи с шезлонгов. По итогу, люди которые приходили занимать шезлонги у большого бассейна так и приходили и занимали, и никто не трогал их вещи, но люди которые занимали шезлонги у детского бассейна остались ни с чем, их вещи просто выносились вместе с игрушками, а сотрудники бассейна самоустранялись, всвязи с чем между отдыхающими происходило недопонимание и конфликты, на просьбу к сотрудникам перенести шезлонг из другого места и установить его в зоне детского бассейна был отказ: ”это не моя обязанность”. Если уж и существуют правила, то примите меры по их исполнению непосредственно для всех отдыхающих. И во весь период работы бассейна. Комнаты. Уборку комнат производили своевременно, воду пополняли, но не работал телевизор, каналы выключались, звук пропадал, на жалобу ответили, что это повсеместно и никак повлиять на это не могут.
