Difficult to find any positive point to this establishment. Except maybe the surface of the villa. In brief: • Dirty, unlit and unusable pool and jacuzzi for 3 days out of the 7 of our stay. It took 3 days and multiple claims for the issue to be fixed. Not once did the General Manager contact us, or even apologize for the inconvenience. • Industrial breakfast (no fresh bread, no fresh fruit, no fresh juice, extremely limited choice if not non-existent). In short, no breakfast at all. • Only one power outlet per room, making it impossible to charge various electronic devices simultaneously and no safe to secure our stuff. • Garden furniture in insufficient quantity (we were 9 and there were only 5 seats in the terrace lounge). • Deficient maintenance of garden furniture with pronounced wear. Table with stains and burn marks, broken chairs and foams crushed cushions. • Stove from another age (plates from the 80s) and insufficient electrical power to operate all 4 plates at the same time. • No toothbrush rack in the bathroom, nor laundry hook near the shower. • Unoperational Wifi outside the living room (around the pool and in the lounge area) • Villa located 10 meters from a major road. Non-isolating and non-phonic glazing. Heavy road noise early in the morning. Valid for all villa 401 to 411. • Lots of ants everywhere, in the jacuzzi, in the pool, in the villa. "commited to excellence" as per their website. Not even sure they know what "excellence" mean !. Both in terms of the services offered and the behavior of the management. Avoid!
