We’ve stayed here in and off for 20 years! It is a bit dated but always clean and working. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Our stay was perfect. The suite was clean, beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains out the window was great. The children enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly. Would highly recommend Appenzell Inn.

This place was amazing! From the staff to the condition and cleanliness of the property. The only thing that I would say could be improved is the breakfast. Perhaps a few hot choices could be added. We will definitely stay again!

The room was great. Bed was a little hard so didnt sleep well. Loved the jetted tub for couples. Needs a little updating, but had a very nice stay.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Had great suggestions for dining out.
I gave four stars for cleanliness for the overall property and front desk area. If I was to grade the room I would have given it only three stars. There was long black hair left in the bathroom sink and on the nightstand. The comforter on the bed seemed a bit dirty. But other than that the room was fine.
I would stay again. I liked the property and it was close to the downtown Estes.

We had a great stay. Our 2 bedroom was awesome, kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of pillows. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. We will be back!

Our room was fully stocked with all amenities pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. Very clean and service was exceptional! Definitely worth every penny spent!

Stayed here for years but now believe it’s time to find another romantic getaway. Jets on hot tub didn’t work. TV in main room didn’t work. Desk couldn’t help at all. Soda machine empty. Really basic stuff.
