22點前台就關了，攜程上沒看到這個訊息，等到的時候酒店的負責人已經開車準備走了，看到我們來了氣急敗壞的出來，好好數落了我們一通，好在後麪也算是成功住下了
房間很小，但是床和電視都挺大，對面就是一個學生公寓，他們房間內看的一清二楚，所以建議拉好窗簾
最大的缺點就是房門的隔音極差，簡直和沒有門一樣，隔壁房間開關門，甚至是電視、鬧鐘的聲音都聽得一清二楚，早上走廊上打掃衞生的人打電話的聲音簡直就像直接在我房間一樣，怪嚇人的
枕頭非常扁，很不舒服，床還行，淋浴空間有點狹小，身材高大一些的人應該比較憋屈
退房的時候服務倒是不錯（可能也因為換了一個人）

Mega cooles Hotel und einer der besten Services den ein Reisender erwarten kann. In 3 Hotels der Essener Innenstadt kein Einlass vor Check-In möglich, hier wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten uns von der langen Reise erholen.
