improve the check list of the things in the room, example review if there is soap o paper toillet...but the room is cool, the internet good..the reception close early...the location ist no bad. The bed good.

I couldn’t sleep because there were multiple youth groups in the hotel and they ran across the floor till early morning so my experience was pure horror. Our baby couldn’t rest too because the running and shouting was like a stampede.

Very clean, rooms nicely and neatly furnished, comfortable bathroom with shower, nice staff, a very big plus for free parking in the garage, location near shops, breakfast can be eaten next door in a nice bakery

Always a good stay. Sometimes, during the night a little bit noisy, but is nothing. Next to the city centre, next to a shopping center, next to good restaurants, free parking in a garage and in the street... What else :)

We stayed one night and would definitely come back ! Everything was great ! The rooms were clean , service was nice , easy check in and check out, free parking ( amazing) and everything was so easy to find ! The price was great , couldn’t ask for anything else .

There are no staff there so check in is via machine which didn't work. Problems getting into room with three phone calls to helpline before getting sorted out. Unruly guests partying till 3am with no one there to sort out the noise. They advertise breakfast but it is a voucher for a local bakery. A poor experience, I will definitely not be using a hotel without a 24hour staff presence again.

Self-Check-In-Terminal defekt. Die Warteschleife der Hotline trennte nach 5 Minutendie Verbindung. Zimmer sauber, aber die Matrazen im Doppelbett waren so unförmig, dass ich ständig in die Ritze dazwischen gerutscht bin. Zimmer lässt sich von innen nicht verriegeln, um 2 Uhr morgens standen plötzlich wildfremde Leute im Zimmer, das anscheinend doppelt gebucht war. So schwindet jedes Gefühl der Sicherheit und ich habe für den Rest der Nacht kein Auge mehr zugemacht.

Were excellent 4 nights in comfy clean bed, bathroom, quiet place. Near public transportation 1 minute walk to tram which takes to Essen main attractions with low cost.
