GGoddess_GI booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better. The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could. The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!

霍霍法如The hotel is located just few hundred steps by walk or 5 minutes by car from the Airport and there's a free shuttle bus every half an hour it. Staff are super friendly and are willing to make you feel at home and be comfortable! Facilities are good at a high standard and are provided everywhere in the same high standards. Room size is very good and the bathroom has a bath in addition to the shower room All together it's one of the best stays, Thank you very much.

The restaurant staff, a blue-uniformed staff member, was very attentive and personal. The hotel's location is convenient for travel, and the room was immaculately cleaned for two consecutive days. As for the bad: I requested a quiet room during my reservation. The first night was fine, but the second was a nightmare. At around 6:00 a.m., I was bombarded with decibels from the neighbors' open doors. The constant chatter and loud cell phones in the hallway overwhelmed me. I tried to negotiate with them twice, but to no avail. The representative from the other team even asked me to check out and change rooms if I couldn't handle it. I was exhausted and went to the restaurant for breakfast. I met a hotel staff member in the elevator to report it. The other party said: This is the guest's personal behavior... OK, I have nothing to say. If you compare this hotel with the standards of other Yishang hotels, the room does have problems such as old facilities and equipment, and odor and water accumulation in the toilet. It was my first time in Hainan and I wanted to have a good time and didn't want to report these problems. The typhoon stopped for six and disrupted my plan, which was already very depressing. It also affected my rest and caused me mental exhaustion. I have been to many cities and hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation... The hotel later proposed a compensation plan to comfort my injured heart... I escaped against the typhoon, and I hope everything goes well in my future trip to Hainan.

XXiaowangshenmingzaifadai。It was amazing to stay at this newly opened Xizhi Hotel. The room had a projector, and it was so cool to watch movies while lying in the room! The housekeeper is considerate and attentive, the bedding is very comfortable, Longhu Paradise Walk is downstairs, and it is right next to the high-speed rail station! Traveling and shopping are very convenient, the price-performance ratio is very high, I will come again next time!
